Discussion and More
One of our deepest feminine KNOWINGS/WISDOM
is: the radical truth, love and power of the Principle of
INTERCONNECTEDNESS.
Other terms for this are: Radical Relatedness, Radical Inclusion,
Inter-Being, Unity, Belonging Together
And, as EFLs we hold the intention and capacity to
Balance INTERCONNECTEDNESS within a field of inarguable,
undeniable, incontestable UNIQUENESS (beyond Ego)
This is the foundation of Enlightened Feminine
Leadership.....
Your reflections, questions, challenges, celebrations
An aside about the Feminine Life-Force in the body:
Mitochondria
MATRIXWORKS
Wisdom Traditions say...
The energy we inherit from our Mother Lineage and
pass on to our off-springs is in our physical body as the
Mitochondria in every cell of our body.
The Mitochondria produce the Energy of Life we need to
live in every cell of our body.
If there is a lack of energy, vitality, life force in our being, we
can use our attention to connect with the original intention
of the Mitochondria and restore healing
Enlightened(Sacred) Feminine Leaders need Mighty
Mitochondria and to be able to awaken this in others.

What if we stopped working for a financial system and
worked for a living system instead?
We would all be teachers, artists, visionaries, growers,

Imagine the sort of world we would live in then

Guide invites Experiencer to focus on her Mitochondria,
moving from feet up to head and back down again. Allow
several minutes for this to deepen.
Guide asks the Experiencer: if your Mitochondria could
speak to you, what would they say. Repeat 3-5 xs.
Supporter writes down what experiencer says and reads
back to Experiencer.
Shift roles: Each person has a turn at all 3 roles.

Overview: The Universal Pattern of the Torus: 5 Friends:
Enlightened Feminine Leadership Training
MATRIXWORKS
Nature appears to rely on one core recurring pattern to
evolve life at every scale the torus. It is a donut shaped
energy vortex that you can see everywhere from atoms to
galaxies and beyond.
The torus is natures way of creating and sustaining life and
it can serve as a template for sustainability. Knowledge of the
pattern is already advancing fan and propeller technologies,
powering clean, new energy devices, informing non-violent
self defense, and
helping us better
understand the
nature of the unified
field.
The torus, or primary
pattern, is an energy
dynamic that looks
http://www.thrivemovement.com/the_code-fundamental_pattern
The Torus,
adapted from the
movie Thrive.
Enlightened Feminine Leadership Training
like a doughnut its a continuous surface with a hole in it.
The energy flows in through one end, circulates around the
center and exits out the other side.
You can see it everywhere in atoms, cells, seeds, flowers,
trees, animals, humans, hurricanes, planets, suns, galaxies
and even the cosmos as a whole.
Scientist and philosopher, Arthur Young, explained that
a torus is the only
energy pattern or
dynamic that can
sustain itself and
is made out of the
same substance as
its surroundings like
a tornado, a smoke
ring in the air, or a
whirlpool in water.

The torus also applies at the human level. Each person
not only is a torus - our bodies are a continuous surface
(skin) with a hole through the
middle (intestinal tract) - but we
are each surrounded by our own
toroidalelectro-magnetic field.
Each individual's torus is distinct,
but at the same time open and
connected to every other in a
continuous sea of infinite energy.
It is the same energy field you can
feel with a magnet. it is usually
invisible, but by scattering iron
filings loosely around a magnet
you can actually see the toroidal
shape of energy.

How these patterns
flow together is the
key to EFL

Shadow Work for the Enlightened Feminine Leader
adapted from work of Thomas Huebl
A Commitment to growing our Enlightened Feminine Leadership
competency requires a willingness to
engage our curiosity and enlist the help of
our community to explore those aspects of
ourselves that operate beneath the level of
consciousness and, that are not integrated
into the whole of our being.
The shadow parts of us are not bad, but
rather places in us that do not flow, do not
reflect a coherence between inner and outer,
between mental, physical, psychological, and
spiritual aspects of ourselves. They represent
a kind of arrested development, as if some of our energy is still living
as a younger part of ourselves. This younger, less conscious part tends
to attract repeating problems in many areas of our lives: for example,
work, personal relationships, finances, career choices.
Nonetheless, within these shadow parts, there is a pearl or diamond
of clarity, that longs for expression and integration into the whole.
Facing our resistance to turn toward our shadow is supported by our
connection with each other in the safety of our Enlightened Feminine
Leadership training container.
Enlightened Feminine Leadership Training
In our training, we will explore together, using exercises, lectures and
dialogue:
1) how to identify shadow aspects of ourselves
2)how the shadow shows up in our bodies, emotions, thoughts
and feelings
3) how to recognize incongruences in our communication that
indicate a shadow is present
4) how to release the energy held in the shadow to support the
feeling of wholeness in the individual and collective
5) how to recognize Group Shadows and bring them into
awareness with transparency and truthfulness.
