In the initial stage, we are going to target the Working Executives Segment and Students of
National Capital Region. 360 Degree Financial Services Private Limited will offer the
individuals working in small and medium enterprises, students and other individuals; a reliable,
high-quality, and cost-effective value added financial services by collaborating with various
technology providers and financial institutions. Apart from research on the revenue generation
model, and the promotions part, we have conducted an exploratory research in order to judge the
customer’s response towards the current services being provided by various agencies and has
done the NEED GAP ANALYSIS. This has purveyed to us, the lacunae which in turn are the
basis of our core strength i.e. our Unique Selling Point.

2.0 STRATEGY OF EXECUTION

360 Degree Financial Services Private Limited believes that it can provide both solutions and
value creations to its clients through web and by setting up offices on the basis of
franchisee. Its partners come from a diverse background; thus having a sound experience in
Marketing, Finance, key issue of Client Management. The main motive of our organisation is
“Selling not for the sake of selling; but for fulfilling the needs of its clients.” We have taken due
care in analyzing the data collected through exploratory research with respect to customer needs
both explicit and latent, its perception and attitude towards these services and the problems they
face. The marketing for our firm would be initially done by BTL (Below the Line) marketing
activities, Hoardings and Banners near Offices and will launch SMS campaign (e.g. from
www.indiamoneywire.com).

Apart from it, we will tie up with various education institutes to help their students raise
education loans under the group loan scheme through us. We will also tie up with small and
medium enterprises to help their employees raise various kinds of loans. We are also planning to
tie up with the distributors and dealers of Consumer Durables and Automobiles to help their
customers in getting loans. We are hopeful of making all this successful because as per the
present scenario, all these agencies have either tie-ups with one bank or none at all. Thus by
offering wide range of loans and other financial services under one roof, we would be able to
create a value addition, which is the Unique Selling Proposition for us.

For Investments also, one needs a specialist who can help him making rational choices
and the one who does not believe just in selling. We will be able to fill this gap by providing
value added financial services. Financing needs arise at every age in human life, but the form of
needs keep on changing. For example in the growth stage, the main emphasis is on the
Education, then the needs take the shape of personal requirements like own home, personal
vehicle, investments etc. which gradually shifts to the need of financial security in the Old Age.
We are planning to create value addition in each of these stages.

The Asian Continent is now living in an interesting era: the process of change from the old age
practices of dependency on long paper work and lengthy process; to the desire of being a service
provider offering all services for a particular domain under one roof. Since the new global
economy has brought new market structures; which in turn had resulted in change of profile of
the customers. Customers have evolved from "Solution Demander" to "Value Demander" and
from "Clients" to "Business Partners". Market offer huge potential as last year retail loans were
around 42,220 Crore, Education Loans were 21532 Crore & Housing Loans disbursed are more
than 1 Lac Crore. Further, household investment is around 12.5% of GDP and per capita income
is growing at around 7%. And as the contribution of service sector to the GDP is increasing, so is
the knowledgeable and working population, which in turn increases the opportunity for our
