About CoEP

The College of Engineering Pune (CoEP) was established in 1854. It is one of the oldest and premier engineering institutions in the country. It has rich history and dedication to the pursuit of excellence and offers a unique learning experience across a spectrum of academic and social experiences. With a firm footing in truth and humanity, the institute provides its students with the understanding of both technical developments and the ethics that go with it. CoEP offers undergraduate programmes in 10 disciplines and post graduate programmes in 22 specializations. It is a recognized Research Center for doctoral programmes of the University of Pune as well as QIP centre. CoEP has been consistently ranked amongst the top 20 technical institutes in India and its alumni have a lions share in the development of national infrastructure. Registration
A registration fee (nonrefundable) of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand rupees only) per participant is to be paid in form of a demand draft drawn in favor of The Director, College of Engineering Pune, payable at Pune; along with the registration form duly filled. The completed application form should be submitted on or before Monday, May 5, 2014. To avoid delay in postage, the applicants can send scanned copies of D.D. and registration form by email and submit the original DD + registration form at the time of registration.

About the Department


The Department of Applied Sciences was established in 1990 and has been offering courses such as Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Professional Communication, Professional Ethics, Psychology, Constitution of India, and so on. It primarily caters to the needs of the first year students of B.Tech. The department actively conducts various programmes and organises conferences and seminars. It boasts of excellent Faculty with exceptional track record. The Faculty Members are working on reputed research projects. The department believes in contributing to the image of CoEP with hard work and sincerity.

Accommodation
We will help for identifying the outside lodging and boarding facility. A good number of hotels are available near the college at a reasonable price. Accommodation in students hostels can be provided for limited number of participants. Note: No TA / DA will be provided to any participant.
