CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY


A full refund will be given if you cancel by 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2014. Those canceling after 5:00 p.m., May 22, 2014 through June 9, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $65.00 administrative fee. A link to the course materials will be sent to you by email. Course materials on CD-ROM or USB drive will be mailed to you after the conference. If you prefer printed course materials, you may order them individually for $130.00. NO REFUND will be given for cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you in consideration of tuition paid. Only on-site registration will be available after 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 2014. All cancellations must be in writing. If you cannot attend, a colleague may attend in your place if s/he could have registered at the same price.
