Survey results
Hi and welcome to my survey results, I am Izabella. Gadzuric and this year I am in year 8a Technology class with Mr Shuler. This semester my class is doing food tech and the topic is called Master Chef. I am making a main meal which is the reason why I did this survey. We have to design a website using a web application called Webbly, this is my first year in the school kitchen and I am really excited. I will be making Bella's Surprise Risotto

QUESTION 1: The purpose of asking the people that have done my survey how old are you? is so I can see what the range of ages are between the people who have done my survey. Older people have different tastes then younger people.

This answer is what I thought it will be. With a wide range of ages, this is good so my other questions will have a number of different answers. This answer is like this because I mostly sent it to people that was close to my age or older.

QUESTION 2: The purpose of this question to know if you are a male or a female.

This questions response is very good and I knew that the answer is like this because I have asked more females to do the survey and only a few men. This questions isnt really necessary but it is good to know.

QUESTION 3: The purpose of this questions is to know if someone has any allergies. This will help me to know what I could put in my dish and what not to put in my dish. (This question is extended in the next question)

This questions will indicate how many people are allergic to foods.

QUESTION 4: The purpose of this question is to know what types of food they are allergic too.

This is to let me know what ingredients I cannot put in my risotto. Therefore as a result I will not use any seafood. Also the foods that I have allocated are the main food groups and additional food that may go into my risotto.

QUESTION 5: The purpose of this question is to see if anyone would like to have chill/spices in there dish.

The final result indicated that most people will not like to have chill/spices in there dish. The reason that the most of the people said no, because I have asked more women than men. Men have stronger taste buds which means that they might like chill/spices.

QUESTION 6: The purpose of this question is to find out what type of risotto I need to make and what needs to go into it.

The majority of the people have said they would like a red meat risotto. As you can see 9 people have said poultry/white meat/seafood, I cant add seafood due to someone being allergic to it. The other 2 selection can be alternatives, if I cant make the red meat risotto.

QUESTION 7: The purpose of this dish is to find out which type of rice I should use.

The highest score of the rice that I will be using is medium grain brown rice.

QUESTION 8: The purpose of this question is to find out if anyone would like pieces of basil though the risotto.

The majority of the people have stated that they would not like to have basil in their risotto.

QUESTION 9: The purpose of this question is to find out how people would like there mushrooms.

The final answer is that more people would proffer their mushrooms sliced instead of left whole.

QUESTION 10: The purpose of this question is to find out how people would like their protein cut.

Most of the people have said that they would like to have their protein sliced not cubed. This is ok because it will cook a bit quicker.

QUESTION 11: The purpose of this question is to see what types of mushrooms people would like in there risotto.

The final result is that most of the people would like to have white mushrooms in their risotto.

QUESTION 12: The purpose of this question is to see which type of cheese people would prefer to use in the risotto dish.

The reason for this is because more people would like to have parmesan cheese in there dish instead of sharp cheese.

QUESTION 13: The purpose of this question is to know if anyone is a vegetarian. This means if anyone is a vegetarian I cant put any meat or seafood in the dish.

The answer is like this because no one is a vegetarian which means I can put meat in my dish.

QUESTION 14: The purpose of this question is to know if anyone is a vegan. This means if anyone is a vegan I cant put any meat, eggs, dairy products and other animal-derived ingredients

In this question there are only 2 people that have said that they are a vegan but the majority of the people have said no.

QUESTION 15: The purpose of this question is to see what types of risotto people would like and what they would rate the dish if it had protein or no protein.

This answer is that people would prefer to have the dish with protein rather than having it without protein.
