OBJECTIVES
Long Term: One to two day lesson on time signatures that will contribute to the overall understanding of rhythmic

patterns, note values, and the differentiation of various time

signatures. Short Term: Students will be able to identify the given division of beats in a specific time signature (4/4; 3/4; 2/4).
