In 2012, the official poverty rate was 15.0 percent. There were 46.5 million people in poverty.

The poverty rate in 2012 for children under age 18 was 21.8 percent. The poverty rate for people aged 18 to 64 was 13.7 percent, while the rate for people aged 65 and older was 9.1 percent
The poverty rate for non-Hispanic Whites was 9.7 percent in 2012, lower than the poverty rates for other racial groups. Non-Hispanic Whites accounted for 62.8 percent of the total population and 40.7 percent of the people in poverty.

Ravin: poor people were isolated on the outskirt of the town called cabrini.
Everyone knows its there but no one goes there. Cabrini is a place in Michigan that the unemployed, and rascals live. It was a financial segregation.

Morgan Protsman: I had to live in a shelter when I was little. Although I

dont remember much, I remember it being awful and I wouldnt wish the experience I had there on my worst enemy.

Solution to poverty
First, underlining the issues Wealthy communities donation Improving education system Jobs for unemployed Teaching to fish, and not just giving fish.

Yes. One at a time Dont give up Dont try to make money off of the poor.
