SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, 1367, KHONI VILLAGE GALA NO. 1 & 2 OMSINGH COMPOUND KHADIPAR TALUKA BHIWANDI, DIST. THANE-421302, Hereinafter

referred to as the Contractor/s) This Guarantee is issued subject to the condition that the liability of the bank under the guarantee is limited to maximum of Rs,1,85,000/- (Rupees- One Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Only). And the guarantee is reference to EPCG Lic No-0330036945 Dated-01/10/2013.

:2: And the guarantee shall remain in full force upto /2024 and cannot be

invoked or otherwise than by written demand or claim under this guarantee served on the bank on or before /2023. Whereas one of the conditions of the said

Notification being furnishing of surety or security by the Importer for such sum as may be prescribed by the Asst. Commissioner of Customs binding himself to pay on demand an amount equal to the duty leviable on the imported material but for the exemption has agreed to grant M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, the benefit of the notification no. 022/2013 Date 18.04.2013 (as amended from time to time) issued by the Central Government in exercise of powers conferred under section 25(I) of the Customs Act, 1962 under the terms and conditions provided under the said notification.

Whereas, the above said M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, is required to execute a bond with such surety or security as may be specified by the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva binding themselves to fulfill export obligation under above said Notifications.

Whereas the above said M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, have executed a bond in favour of the President of India through the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva, binding themselves to fulfill export obligation under the above said Notification.

Whereas, the Deputy Commissioner of Customs has called upon the above said M /s,
SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, to furnish security in the Form of a Bank Guarantee

for the fulfillment of the export obligations under the above Notification.

And whereas, the above said M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, have requested us to furnish Bank Guarantee to the President of India through the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva for the amount due and payable under the above said bond executed by M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agree to pay the President of India on demand without any demur or protest the amount due and payable under the above said bond namely Rs,1,85,000/(Rupees One Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Only) against any loss or damage caused to/or suffered by the Govt. by reasons of non-fulfillment of the export obligation under the above said Notification or by reason of any breach of any of the terms and conditions of the above said bond by by M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES,

-3We, BANK OF MAHARASTRA, further agree that this guarantee shall remain in full force and effect during the period that would be taken for the performance of the export obligation of by M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, under the said notification and it shall continue to be in force till all the said obligation under the said notification are fully discharged to the satisfaction of the Deputy Commissioner of Customs and the said bond executed by M/s, SANJAY SILK INDUSTRIES, We, BANK OF MAHARASTRA, further agree that the President shall have the fullest liberty without our consent and without affecting in any manner our obligation under this Bank Guarantee to vary any of the terms and conditions of the above notification or extend the time for performance of the export obligation or to forbear or enforce any of the terms and conditions of the above said notification and we shall not be relieved of our liability under this Guarantee by reason of any such variation or extensions or forbearance or indulgence of any act or omission of the part of the President of India which under the law relating to sureties but for this provision, have the effect of so believing us. We further declare that this Bank Guarantee will be valid upto /2024 and we undertake to renew this Bank Guarantee periodically on our own till the above said bond for which the bank guarantee is being given is fully discharged by the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva.
