6 As I'm one of the owners in my company and I'm working as operation manager After I made the job analysis I found new issues to add to the job description incase I need to recruit an employee to do my current job, some of the new outcomes or changes in my job description are: It indicates the working conditions in remote sites and offshore. Stating MBA as an advantage. Indicating the Job prospect.

The part concerning the job prospect or job profile is mentioned when it's stating the next promotion level as to be General Manager. The job prospect here is very useful for my case only, as I can be promoted to general manager position and this can be allowed for me only as I'm one of the owners, but this can't be allowed for other employees. This part especially can be used by HR department in any other companies when they manipulate between job descriptions and job profiles, as we learned in this course that the job description is an internal document of the company and you can't build a legal position on this type of document, on the other hand the job profile can be used as internal and external document, you can build a legal position on it demanding your legal rights on a job or rise. So in my case I'll use job profile document to clearly indicate all my rights against other partners, but in case of hiring an employee I'll use the job description document to protect my company policy in keeping the top management level in the hand of its owners. Actually this type of information I gained from this course was very useful and essential for my business.
