Birthing pains in the word of God refer to the certain and convulsive

geopolitical, geophysical, astrophysical and world-wide socio-economic events and

issues scheduled to occur in the time leading up to Jesus Christ's Second Advent
(Second coming or return). These are likened to the contractions experienced by a
woman about to give birth, with those episodes increasing with frequency and
intensity. John 16:21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour
is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the
anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. Jesus' foretelling of these
birth pangs use the word "sorrows," in his Olivet Discourse on end time things to
come. We are to watch and pray to be delivered and found worthy to be dressed in
the robes of his righteousness. Revelations 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in
Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in
white: for they are worthy. Whosoever lacks such is blind, and has forgotten the
he or she was purchased by the blood of Christ Jesus and through and by his name.
2 Peter 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off,
and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Mark 13:37 And what I say
