Guest Speakers
Steve Kershaw, Partner, PwC As Partner in the Portfolio and Programme Management competency for PwCs consulting business, Steve is responsible for all people-related matters including performance, recognition and personal development. He is part of the Defence and Security sector Leadership Team, where he has built a strong reputation for working with client teams to successfully deliver complex programmes that involve a significant degree of change. He has considerable experience in Defence acquisition and advises both the public and private sector on acquisition issues. Prior to becoming a consultant Steve served as a submarine engineer officer in the Royal Navy before specialising in acquisition, eventually becoming the Integrated Project Team Leader responsible for the Royal Navys gunnery and electronic warfare programmes. Steve is an alumnus of Cranfield University, having studied there for an MSc in Design of Information Systems.

Richard Anson, Founder, Reevoo Richard has strong practical experience of building tech businesses combined with a deep understanding of the dynamics of large corporates, gained from successfully operating in both the start-up and enterprise environments. His experience working with brands and retailers across the retail, auto, travel and financial services verticals across 90 countries has given him a deep understanding of how consumer behaviour and technology are driving changes in the way that we all build and manage relationships. Richard founded and led Reevoo to become a leading social commerce platform to over 200 brands across the retail, travel and auto industries in 90 countries. He remains a Non-Executive Director of Reevoo and was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Invisible Hand (sold to SkimLinks). Prior to founding Reevoo, Richard was a senior strategy consultant at KPMG, Head of Group Planning at Orange Plc, and part of the team managing investments of up to 5 million at 3i Plc. He has an MBA from Cranfield where he now frequently lectures in Marketing Communications.

Viren Doshi, Head of Global Oil & Gas Practice / Snr Vice President, Booz & Co Viren has over 30 years experience in energy, oil and gas, having served several major firms including Shell, BP, Total, Reliance Industries, Saudi Aramco and Petrobras. Field of expertise: Business strategy and operations reviews, performance management & process improvement, future of fuels and relevance of technology, crude & product supply & trading, integrated business models, refining and petrochemicals, supply and trading operations. Phil Dunne, Managing Partner, London & Head of M&A Practice, AT Kearney A partner of AT Kearney since 2003, Phil has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience and is responsible for Merger Integration proposition. He began his career in 1983 as a graduate engineer designing ground-to-air missiles with British Aerospace. Field of expertise: Target identification, commercial and operational due diligence, merger planning and integration, post-acquisition synergy capture for both private equity and industrial clients. David Stark, VP / Enterprise Risk & Resilience Team Leader, Marsh Risk Consulting David is responsible for the leadership of Marsh Risk Consultings risk propositions, with a strong track record in providing strategic risk advice and implementing solutions on business critical programmes. Assignments typically involve David leading project teams, planning workstreams and providing value adding consultancy advice to client Boards and senior management teams. Field of expertise: Risk Management, Insurance, Aviation (primary industry practice). Pali Jhita, Change Management Consultant, Atos Consulting A hands-on Change Management Consultant who makes strategic change interventions on behalf of clients on large scale consumer technology projects. Pali joined Atos in 2011, leading multimillion pound programmes on the design and implementation of change management solutions for critical IT infrastructures. Field of expertise: Change Management, Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Consumer Technology, Employee Engagement, Coaching. Timon Orlob, Manager, REL Consultancy Timons career has primarily focused on inventory reduction through lead-time improvements, cost optimisation and customer service improvements across supply chain management functions especially Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Field of expertise: Working Capital (accounts receivables, accounts payables, inventory), Supply Chain Management (inventory management, manufacturing, product range), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
