Moreover, women can strengthened the bonds between the solders and create a harmonious atmosphere in the army . Likewise, womens resistance to pain and stress is know to be much more raised than mens , managing to remain calm and action wisely in very critique situations. In conclusion, for many years, women have had to face a glass ceiling in various fields, and not only allowing them to join the military forces will lead to the reintegration of women but will also to the recognition of their social abilities .

As technology develops, globalization has become integrated in the global network of trade, transportation, communication and immigration. It is feared that globalization will lead to the loss of cultural identity and I support this idea. First of all
