Benefits the ELCO Cross Country Team for their trip to the Disney Cross Country Championship in October. Professional timing services by Pretzel City Time Sports WHO: Runners of all ages. Gather your family, friends and
coworkers. Walkers are also invited to participate using the same course. The course is also stroller and wheelchair accessible.

HOW: To register, complete the form below and submit a

$20 check/money order/or credit card number (*Mastercard or Visa) by May 28. The fee for entries received after May 28 is $25. Disney Run t-shirts are available for the first 150 registrations received. Size requests will be honored to the best of our ability but size may be substituted. *optional online registration available on www.pretzelcitysports.com (nominal processing fees apply). *Checks shall be made payable to Elco Cross Country Boosters. WHAT: Flat, fast course on roads around ELCO High

School, finishing on the track.

WHERE: Participants may pre-register (application below)

or register the day of the run. Registrations takes place at the Elco Track Stadium Entrance beginning at 7:30 a.m. The school is located at 180 ELCO Dr., Myerstown, PA 17067. Volunteers will be on hand to assist you with parking instructions. Award presentations made following the run at the ELCo Track Stadium Entrance. Drinks and snacks will be available at the finish line. **REMEMBER: Pin your number to your shirt FRONT leaving the bottom portion unpinned so it can be removed as you cross the finish line. This is very important.

RESULTS: Prizes will be awarded to the first place overall

male and female finishers; and to the first place male and female finishers in each age group. Prizes will also be awarded to second and third place finishers in each age group. No duplicate awards. AGE GROUPS: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 5059, 60 and older.
