Ikon Ideea was established in 2004 and its main activity is based on metal structures. Our company designs, executes, deliver and assemble on site metal structures and parts of resistance, steel and stainless steel components. We design and execute complex elements of metal structures, in particular for heavy construction and industrial halls (pillars, beams), also we can deliver Hydro steel structures as: - Penstocks - Gates - Steel tunnel linings - Power house cranes, etc Metal structure is sandblasted and then protected against corrosion by applying a coat of primer and then a layer (or two) of paint. We can also provide galvanized steel structures. Metal structure elements are brought together by screws or by high resistance welds using modern welding equipment. We also have the following facilities: - Our own design office; - Bandsaw Machine (Pegas 440x600 Horizontal; Sharck 260); - Easy Cut 12001.25 GG steel sheets cutting board (3- 200 mm); - KBM 32 and KBM 52 Fine Drilling Machine; - Mig/Mag Welding Units (Jackle, Fronius, Esab); - GS75RS/DS/2H Grinding Machine; - MIP 30 Bending Machine; - Disc Grinder (Bosch, Fine, Makita); - Flowmax Airmix 17A2 Coating Machine (Kremlin, Wagner); - Vogel Caliper; - Sandblasting and painting room - Pinquely Haulotte lifting basket; - We are also equipped with three cranes (5 tones, 10 tones and 35 tones). We design and execute various manufactures as: -components for industrial use and communications; -metal parts for industrial and civilian use; -ladders and platforms; -coated grills. Our capacity (depending of project complexity) is about 200 to per month. We also provide our clients:

-cuts and shapes up to 700 mm including cuts from different angles; - Sandblasting and primer and/or paint coating; - installing of steel structures, steel components; -design of computer aided cutting board ensures steel sheets cutting with an accuracy of 0.5 mm; therefore we can achieve the manufacture of steel sheets of any size. Taking into account the dimensions of the area of production, we can achieve large metallic structures, as well as metallic structures with high degree of processing.
