On October 9, 2008 a Lubbock Aero plane traveled from Lubbock, TX to Austin, TX to pick up
Senator Duncan. Senator Duncan then flew from Austin, TX to San Angelo, TX via the chartered
flight. Senator Duncan attended the San Angelo State Employee Picnic and met with community
members. He then chartered a flight-from San Angelo, TX to Lubbock, TX. Senator Duncan
chartered a flight due to time constraints as well as lack of availability of commercial flights, lie
is claiming $2,824.00 of the cost of the flights.
