GOAL SETTING
The ability to set and accomplish goals is a characteristic that highly qualified professionals share. Although you are setting goals and action plans for your competency development inside and outside of the CAL program, it is also important to set and maintain personal, academic, and professional goals. While these may be tied within the competencies, these goals should serve as a platform for achieving success during your time at BGSU. Each semester it will be important to set, and re-assess previously determined goals. Make sure to make your goals SMART! (S Specific, M-measure, A-attainable, R-relevant, T-time oriented).
