PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS, Rancho Cordova, CA 2013-2014 Global Expense Management Manager Managed expense management operations globally, report development, and process improvements. Proactively monitored compliance to policies, identified control gaps, mitigated risk factors, analyzed risk trends, and monitored/ reported non-compliance to policies. Managed daily operational activities globally in three service centers based in India, Poland, and the US. Identified and implemented initiatives for process improvement. KRAFT FOODS/MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL, San Antonio, TX 1990-2013 Travel and Expense Process Lead (2009-2013) Managed a team of fifteen employees responsible for Concur configuration and reporting, auditing, accounting, customer service, continuous improvement, compliance, governance, daily vendor payments, and vendor relationships with Concur and American Express. Co-led RFP selection process comparing/contrasting four vendors for a new expense reporting system. Implemented Concur Expense in February 2012 including P-Card functionality. Split Concur Expense to create two new stand-alone systems for Kraft Foods Group and Mondelez International in eight months servicing 40,000 end-users with an annual spend of $150MM.
