Reporter: Firstly, Do you want to introduce yourself? Interviewee: I am an electronic and communication engineer. I was graduated from YTU electronic and communication engineer. I want to developer about software engineering. Also, Im working about graduate programme in YTU. I am a software engineer. I work on Linux and windows server operating systems. Reporter: Could you give us some information about organizational structure of your company? Interviewee: My Company is professional at Log Management, Security Information and Event Management, Hotspot Management systems and Network Security, from Turkey. Also, we are just a team consist of Turkish software engineers and developers. We are working huge projects with governmental and private companies. Such as; Trksat, E-devlet Logs, Tbitak, Superonline, Avea, Ttnet etc. In addition, there will be a project with Interior Ministry and Military projects. Reporter: How would you describe your work? Interviewee: Well, firstly our corporate network security, our expert staff to be the pioneer of the industry, according to the structure of the company is to provide security solutions. Besides this, we provide IT services and solutions in Turkey's security infrastructure, generating contributing to the development of the company is to be the best.

Reporter: How many hours do you generally work for a day? Interviewee: I work from 09.00 to 5.30 pm, but sometimes work extra time for preparing my project on time. Reporter: How much free time do you have for sightseeing or enjoying yourself? Interviewee: Well, I have only one day in a week free time, Sunday. Reporter: Does your job require travelling? Interviewee: No it doesnt require travelling. Reporter: What are the advantages and disadvantages of your job? Interviewee: Now, I am working private sector. It wants to produce something and solve problem. Also Im in charge of some project, I must finish them. I have some responsibility because when I finish solve problem then the project can begin, so my job are some stressful, bored and tiring. But, these are important for my career. Because I am learning to manage projects and solve problems, these are very good experiment. Also I am improving myself, my job; I am learning much more knowledge.

Reporter: What kind of skills and necessities does your work requires? Interviewee: My work requires technical knowledge and fundamentals of programming. I must know some program such as C#, C++, Linux programming, these are important for my work. In addition I must follow recall technological innovation. Reporter: Talk about your future plans. Interviewee: I want to work about government sector, after growing up in private sector. Such as BTK or TIB. So, I have to need some achievement documents about government exams. Such as KPSS, YDS.
