hardware and knotty alder
floors, woodwork and
doors.

The design challenge posed by
vast spaces with high ceilings
requires using furniture or
other design elements which
visually fill the space so it
does not feel empty and cold.
The Living and dining rooms were combined - great for entertaining
Architecture is really about well-being. I think that people want to feel good in a space On the
one hand its about shelter, but its also about pleasure.

The Kitchen, breakfast nook and sun room have 10 beamed/stuccoed ceilings.

The island also serves to separate others from the chefs work triangle
Double kohler sinks create the clean up area with the dishwasher left of the sinks
across from island cabinets with pull out trays for dishes and glasses
Two-toned, Stained and black distressed Knotty alder cabinets create
visual interest in a large kitchen

the stovetop, ovens and refrigerator creating a perfect working triangle
The sun room creates the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading
or conversation

which opens to a sunken patio for unobstructed views of the golf course
a 92 high alder armoire houses a tv and audio equipment

finished in a warm terra
cotta venetian plaster
and has a hand carved
mahogany vanity
complemented by bronze,
gold and crystal sconces
and a matching ceiling
