any restaurants success.
Understanding the customers individual needs and the capability to satisfy
these completely is a vital part of the restaurants success. Good machinery
and equipment produce good quality products. Both locally and imported
fast-food machines are easily available in the market in expensive and
cheaper brands.

Machinery Maintenance
All machines require routine cleaning and maintenance after every three
months and an annual service which costs around 1% to 5% of the total cost
depending upon the use of the machine and operator's skill. We have
assumed an average of 2.5% of the depreciated cost as the annual
maintenance cost.

Dining Furniture & General Fixtures
The restaurant is expected to entertain a minimum of 300 customers in a
day, which requires a good seating layout to avoid any confusion and
problems during rush hours. The following table gives the details of the
dining tables and chairs that would serve approximately 50 customers
(maximum capacity) at a time.

LAND & BUILDING REQUIREMENT

Land Requirement
The land requirement is around 2,000 sq.ft. in populated area where all
utilities and facilities are properly available. The fast-food restaurant outlet
opened on the main road that facilitates the consumer to parking the cars
and opened on the main road or near to the main road where more shops
exists.

Building Cost:
The total building cost of the project is 5000000. The purchase cost or
development cost of additional buildings required including utility installation
& hook up for water, sewer, power energy, engineers, consultants, and
contractors is 5000000.
