Our services include:

Bel-Ray Lubrication Audits and Surveys: An audit consists of
benchmarking an operation or a process. Before applying a
Bel-Ray Lubricant to a machine, we will audit the machines
operating condition, the competitor lubricant in use, operating
temperature, lubricant consumption, etc. By performing the
initial audit, we will be able to compare the surveyed perform-
ance of a Bel-Ray Lubricant versus a competitors product
benchmark, demonstrating the benefit of the Bel-Ray Lubricant.

Bel-Ray Prolube Analysis and Trending: Lubricants are the
life-blood of any mechanical system.
Through Prolube Analysis and Trending, our
experts can determine both lubricant and
machine condition. We can study wear and
contamination trends, develop filtration in-
tervals and recommend necessary mainte-
nance tasks, etc.

Inventory and Supply Logistics: Continuity of lubricant supply is critical to all heavy industry
including the cement industry. Inventory and supply logistics are managed by the local
authorized Bel-Ray Distributor or representative.

Bel-Ray Mill and Kiln Gear Inspections: An important aspect of optimizing
open gear lubrication is gear condition. This can include dynamic measure-
ments such as running temperature, noise and vibration levels. It can also
include static measurements such as gear surface inspections, examining
the degree and type of wear and progressive gear wear determined by chor-
dal thickness measurements.

Bel-Ray Oil Clean Filter Systems: Today we understand the need to maintain clean oil in the
effort to maximize a machines useful life. Dirty oil means machine wear and oil quality degrada-
tion. These problems can often be resolved through filtration. Bel-Ray can design and build
custom filtration systems for you to purchase or we can provide the filtration service for a fee.
Filters are either element or centrifugal types.

Des-Case Breathers: Bel-Ray is an international distributor for the
Des-Case line of high efficiency breathers. As temperatures
fluctuate within an oil lubricated machine, the cycling air can carry
damaging abrasives and moisture into the unit causing wear, rust
and corrosion, shortening the useful life of your lubricant and
machinery.

Des-Case Breathers allow for a high rate of free-flowing air exchange. The incoming air is
filtered to as low as 1-micron. Des-Case also manufactures a desiccating breather which
efficiently dries all incoming air eliminating moisture in lubricating oils.

Best Practices and Training: Bel-Ray and our authorized Distributor can develop best practices
and training programs. Through our sixty years of experience, we have learned the right way
and the wrong way to do things. We can develop or assist in the development of best practices
that make for a better operation and we can provide training in all pertinent areas of lubrication.

program, sample data density must be maximized and data disturbance minimized.
