If there is a God either him or coincidence or sheer good luck has

Double murder-accused US official Raymond Davis has been
found in possession of top-secret CIA documents, which point to
him or the feared American Task Force 373 (TF373) operating in
the region, providing Al-Qaeda terrorists with "nuclear fissile
material" and "biological agents," according to a report.

CIA Operative Ray Davis Released From
Pakistan
Ray Davis has been pardoned in Pakistan after payment of
compensation to victims' families, according to Sky News.
Pakistani TV says Davis has been flown to London.
CNN says he remains in Pakistan, but the families have declined
to press charges (via @mpoppel).
Davis paid $2.34 million in blood money, according to Breaking
News.
EARLIER: Pakistan has indicted CIA contractor Raymond Davis
on two counts of murder, according to police officials (via Andrea
Mitchell).
This will further complicate efforts by the U.S. to get Davis out of
the country.
On Monday Pakistan's high court declined to intervene in Davis'
case, leaving a local court to decide whether he has diplomatic
immunity.
Davis is accused of shooting two armed men when they
approached his car in Lahore.
Hillary Clinton Denies Paying "Blood
Money" To Pakistan To Buy Release Of
CIA Operative

Sometimes you have to just go out there and lie. It's part of the
job.

Today, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton denied that the United
States paid "blood money" to the families of the two men who
were shot dead by CIA operative Raymond Davis in Lahore,
Pakistan roughly two months ago.
Technically, of course, Mrs. Clinton is probably telling the truth.
The United States almost certainly did not write a check to the
families.
The Saudi Arabian government probably covered the cost.
But let's get real.
We cut a deal with the Pakistani government to secure Davis's
release.
Part of the deal was "blood money" to the "victims'" families.
David Ignatius explains how the deal went down.
The blood money deal to release CIA
contractor Raymond Davis

CIA contractor Raymond Davis was released from a Pakistani
prison today, thanks to the Muslim ritual known as blood
money.

Next, Pakistan and America will try to clear away some of the
bitterness aroused by the case and establish a better relationship
based, as President Obama likes to say, on mutual interest and
mutual respect.

The CIA and its Pakistani counterpart, the Inter-Services
Intelligence Directorate, are planning to do just that.

A Pakistani says the goal is new rules of engagement.

A U.S. official says they will discuss the contours of the
relationship.

For both sides, it represents an attempt to rebuild trust after
weeks of bitter accustations following the Jan. 27 arrest of Davis
for killing two Pakistanis in Lahore.

In Pakistans tribal culture, blood money payments are seen as
a face-saving way of resolving bloody disputes.

I described the blood money approach in a March 2 column ,
after interviews on Feb. 28 with U.S. and Pakistani officials.

This deal had four principal architects: Hussein Haqqani,
Pakistans ambassador to Washington, who shared the blood
money idea with Sen. John Kerry, chairman of the Senate
Foreign Relations Committee.

Kerry then traveled to Pakistan, where me met with President Asif
Ali Zardari, with the leaders of the Punjab government that was
holding Davis, and with top officials of the ISI.

Haqqani also visited CIA Director Leon Panetta the evening of
Feb. 28 to share the blood money idea with him, according to a
U.S. official.

The final details were worked out by Panetta and ISI Director-
General Ahmed Shuja Pasha.

U.S. and Pakistani sources said the process that led to Daviss
release Wednesday included a series of steps: First, the U.S.
agreed to pay compensation to the families of the two Pakistanis
Davis killed on Jan. 27.

A Pakistani lawyer quoted by the Associated Press said the total
payments amounted to $2.3 million.

Another Pakistani source told me the payments were less than $1
million for each family.

According to a U.S. official, the actual negotiations were
conducted by Pakistanis, but the U.S. has agreed to pay the bill.




After the families reached the private financial agreement and
formally forgave Davis, the settlement was recognized by the trial
court in Punjab, which could then dismiss the murder charges
under what is described as a standard process in Pakistani
murder cases.

With the murder charges dismissed, the Punjabi court resolved
lesser charges against Davis, and he was freed.

An important aspect of the settlement, for the U.S., was that the
principal of diplomatic immunity was never formally challenged in
Pakistani courts.

The Pakistani High Court refused to rule on the question and the
trial court didnt make a finding, either.

That was crucial for the U.S., which feared that a legal challenge
to its claim of immunity for Davis would expose hundreds of other
undercover agents around the world who rely on the legal
protection of their formal status as diplomats.

The final piece of the settlement may be the most complicated.

Pakistani officials say discussions will begin soon with the CIA
about the rules of engagement in Pakistan.

If its a CIA operation, the ISI needs to know, explained one
Pakistani official.

The CIA has a roughly similar policy of declaring its personnel
and operations with some other countries with which it has close
intelligence ties, such as Britain, France, Israel and Jordan.

A U.S. official confirmed that the CIA is planning to discuss the
contours of the relationship, but he said there was no formal
quid pro quo.

This official explained that the CIA is always willing to discuss
Pakistani concerns and work them through.
ISI Emerges As Winner In The Raymond
Davis Face-Off

The ISI, Pakistan's intelligence agency, emerged the winner in
the show-down over the fate of CIA operative Raymond Davis.
The US position was that Mr. Davis was in Pakistan on a
diplomatic passport, that he enjoyed all the privileges of that
status and that the charges of murder lodged against him (he
shot two Pakistanis, he says, in self-defense, which is almost
certainly true) were therefore null and void.
The ISI had Mr. Davis arrested, kept him incarcerated for nearly
two months, refused to recognize his diplomatic status and finally
forced the US to settle the case according to the dictates of
"Sharia law."
That required the US to pay the victims' families over $2 million,
plus provide them with safe passage to America, new identities
and housing.
It is widely assumed that if the families of the "victims" had
stayed in Pakistan, they would have been killed by radical
Islamists for agreeing to the arrangement that freed Mr. Davis
from prison.
Officially, Pakistan gets nearly $2 billion annually in foreign aid
from the US. And that figure is the public number.
The actual number is much higher.
How it is that the American government can get jerked around by
a government that enjoys such vast US support is a mystery.
But that's what happened.



Families of Two Men Shot By Raymond
Davis: Coming To America!
This just in from the Express Tribune:
Initial media reports surrounding the release of Raymond Davis
suggest that the families of the victims killed in the Lahore
shooting have left the country on a second plane.
Their neighbours say they havent seen the families in two days
and that their homes are empty and locked.
Sources say an aircraft carrying more than 10 people left Lahore
airport and is headed to Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan.
They also say the families have been given Green Cards and
homes in New York state and Washington DC.
Raymond Davis
On January 27, 2011, a US citizen claiming to be working as a
consultant at the U.S. Consulate in Lahore, and later said to be a
CIA operative, killed two armed men in the Pakistani city of
Lahore.
The identification papers he submitted to the Pakistani police are
in the name of Raymond Allen Davis, although initially it was
categorically stated by the US State Department that this name
was not correct.
He is now facing two separate criminal charges, one of double
murder and the second of illegal possession of a firearm.
Two petitions seeking prosecution against him on charges of
forgery for obtaining a visa under a fake name have also been
registered with the Lahore High Court.
The incident led to a diplomatic furor and deterioration in the ties
between Pakistan and USA.
The US government claimed that Davis is protected by diplomatic
immunity under the Vienna Conventions and has demanded that
he be released from custody immediately.
The Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that
according to official records and experts in the Foreign Office,
Davis is "not a diplomat and cannot be given blanket diplomatic
immunity".
It has been suggested that Qureshi's stand on the issue led to
him losing the Foreign Affairs ministerial post.
The incident also led to widespread protests in Pakistan
demanding action against Davis.
US president Barack Obama asked Pakistan not to prosecute
Davis and treat him like a diplomat and said "Theres a broader
principle at stake that I think we have to uphold."
The Pakistani Foreign Office stated that "this matter is sub judice
in a court of law and the legal process should be respected."
The American focus has been on the claimed diplomatic status.
Pakistani media and officials dispute the claim of immunity from a
murder charge, allege that Davis was involved in clandestine
operations and question the scope of Davis' activities in Pakistan.
Almost a month after the incident, U.S. officials admitted Davis
was a contract employee of the CIA after this was reported in The
Guardian.
Davis has also been shown to be an erstwhile employee of
security outfit Blackwater Worldwide (presently called Xe) and
was a member of CIA's Global Response Staff, who assist case
officers when they meet with sources.
His two victims are also reported to be operatives of Pakistani
Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

An ISI official has made a statement saying that Davis had
contacts in the tribal regions along the Afghanistan border and
already knew both the men he shot.
He said the ISI is investigating the possibility that the encounter
on the streets of Lahore stemmed from a meeting or from threats
to Davis.
Data retrieved from Davis phones and GPS device has been to
Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and some tribal areas of the
country, areas that have been the subject of US drone attacks.
These attacks were interrupted for several weeks after Davis'
arrest. On February 28, DawnNews reported that law
enforcement agencies arrested 45 individuals in Pakistan for
staying in constant contact with Davis.
Other media reported at the same time that at least 30 suspected
covert American operatives have suspended their activities in
Pakistan and 12 have already left the country.
Incident
Davis has said in his written statement that the incident
happened when he was coming from the Embassy.
The police report states that the GPS record shows he actually
was coming from his private residence at Scotch Corner, Upper
Mall.
Davis stated that after withdrawing cash from a bank cash
machine, he was driving alone in his white Honda Civic and had
stopped at a traffic light near Qurtaba Chowk in the Mozang
Chungi area of Lahore when two men pulled alongside him on a
motorbike.
After one of the young men allegedly brandished a pistol, Davis
opened fire and killed both of them with his own 9mm Glock
pistol.

Davis claimed to the police his actions were in self-defense.
The police have stated no eyewitness have supported Davis' claim
that any of the deceased men pulled a pistol on him.
Police reported that "Faheem's gun contained no bullet in the
chamber meaning it could not have been cocked."
When Davis fired at Faizan and Faheem, they were sitting on
their bike in front of his car with their backs towards Davis, which
meant that they were not in an attacking position and the claim
of self-defence is false.
Davis' weapon was not licensed.
The two men on the motorcycle were stopped at the light in front
of Davis' car. Davis shot them through his windshield.
After the shooting, Davis is alleged to have exited his car to take
pictures and videos of his victims with his cell phone.
Faizan Haider was still alive at the time. He later died in hospital.
Another version of events is that Davis shot five rounds through
his windshield, got out of his vehicle and shot four more rounds
into the two men as they lay on the pavement.
The Police report says that witnesses saw Davis fire at Faizan
Haider at a time when he left the motorcycle and ran to save his
life.
Davis himself also admitted that he fired at Faizan from the back
when he was running.
Davis then radioed for backup whereupon four American men in a
Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with fake registration plates (LZN-
6970), attempted unsuccessfully to reach the scene.
The driver of the Prado jumped the median on Jail Road, traveled
against the oncoming traffic and ran over and killed a
motorcyclist later identified as Ebadur Rehman.

Without stopping, the vehicle fled the scene and rushed to the
consulate, jettisoning items outside Faletti's Hotel.
Police say they included four magazines containing 100 bullets,
various battery cells, a baton, scissors, a pair of gloves, a
compass with knife, a black coloured mask/blindfold, and a piece
of cloth bearing the American flag.
Davis attempted to escape the scene of the shooting in his
vehicle but was apprehended by two traffic wardens at Old
Anarkali Food Street in Anarkali Bazaar, where he was handed
over to police.
Footage of him attempting to drive through the gathered crowd
and escape has been shown on Pakistani television.
People gathered at the scene later blocked the roads and burnt
tires in protest of the incident.
Later, the demonstrations moved to the police station where
Davis' car had been impounded.
According to news sources, items recovered from Davis' car
included a Glock handgun, GPS equipment and an infrared light,
telescope, a flashlight that attaches to a headband, a large
number of cellphones, including at least one satellite phone, a
collection of batteries, buckets of bullets, both for the Glock and a
Beretta allegedly used by Davis to kill the two motorcyclists, and
a quantity of M-16 shells.
Police report that the bullets were high-powered killer projectiles
not allowed in many countries.
There were military-grade knives, wires, and a surprising array of
high-capacity magazines for the handguns.
Also found was a camera loaded with pictures of dozens of
madrassas (religious schools) and other buildings around Lahore.
Pakistani media have also reported, that Davis also carried
multiple ATM and military ID cards and what was described as a
facial disguise or makeup.
The Pakistani official said Davis also carried identification cards
from the U.S. consulates in Lahore and Peshawar but not from
the embassy in Islamabad.
Victims
The three victims are identified as Faizan Haider (aged 22 years)
and Faheem Shamshad (a.k.a. Muhammad Faheem aged 26
years) who were both shot, and Ibad-ur-Rehman (who was due
to be married in two months time) who was run over.
One of the victims that was shot died on the spot and the other
succumbed to injuries at Services Hospital, Lahore.
The motorcyclist that was run over by the American-driven
vehicle, identified alternatively as Ubaidur, Abdur or Ibad-ur
Rehman, was also rushed to the same hospital in a critical
condition, but could not survive due to excessive bleeding.
Police confirmed that the two men that were shot by Davis, were
carrying sidearms but that no shots were fired from these
weapons.
It is disputed whether the firearms were licenced or not. A senior
police officer has said that Haider had a criminal record and was
previously involved in dacoity.
But neighbours, friends and family of the young men deny any
criminal records or illegal activity.
The two victims were reported to have been carrying two
cellphones they had allegedly stolen earlier in the day, three
other cellphones, a Rolex-style watch, and four different types of
currency.
The police officer in charge of the investigation, Zulfiqar Hameed,
was initially reported as having said that eyewitness testimony
suggested that they were trying to rob Davis.


But later press statements from the Lahore Police Chief, Aslam
Tareen explain that Police rejected Davis' plea of self-defence
precisely because of eye witness statements.
Police Chief Tareen, describing the shooting as "a clear-cut
murder," explained that the self-defense plea "had been
considered but the eyewitnesses, the other witnesses and the
forensic reports, ...showed that it was not a case of self-defense."
After the incident multiple Pakistani officials told ABC News that
both the victims were working for Inter-Services Intelligence and
were following Davis because he was spying and had crossed a
"red line".
This was initially denied by US officials.
The Express Tribune also reported that the two dead
motorcyclists were intelligence operatives quoting a Pakistani
security official who requested not to be identified since he was
not authorized to speak to the media.
Pakistani officials alleged that Davis had traveled to Waziristan
and met with some people without the approval of ISI and
therefore was being followed in an attempt to intimidate him.
Davis alleged that the victims were trying to rob him but the
police delayed registering cases against Haider and Shamshad.
On February 6th Shamshad's widow, Shumaila Kanwal,
committed suicide after taking poisonous pills, fearing that Davis
would be released without trial, police and doctors said.
The third third man was later killed "in a hit and run" when a car
driven by Americans, reportedly sped down the wrong side of the
road on its way to aid the American shooter.
CCTV footage of the damaged vehicle after its fatal collision with
Mr. Rehman have been shown on Pakistani televison.
The US vehicle that killed motorcyclist Rehman carried fake
number plates.

Investigations have revealed that the car number was actually
registered in the name of Sufi Munawwar Hussain, a resident of
Sahiwal district in Punjab province.
Pakistani officials believe the vehicle's occupants were also CIA
because they came from the same suburban house where Davis
lived and were heavily armed.
The US refused Pakistani demands to interrogate the two men
and the men have left the country.
ABC News reported that the men had the same diplomatic visa as
Davis.
Reportedly, the driver and occupants of this vehicle were secretly
transported to Afghanistan by road and from there were flown to
the US.
Regarding the legal status of those involved, it has been
suggested that the driver and occupants of the SUV are now
runaway offenders and that Carmela Conroy, Consul General in
Lahore comes under the felony of harboring the accused, refusing
to hand them over to police and then facilitating their escape.
Diplomatic status
The US government claims that Davis is a diplomat and should
not have been arrested or be prosecuted under Pakistani law
because he has diplomatic immunity under the Vienna Convention
on Diplomatic Relations.
The Convention lists cases not covered by immunity in article
31.1. The Punjab authorities (the province in which Davis was
arrested) claim that Davis was not on a diplomatic visa but on an
official business visa.
The US and Pakistani governments do not agree as to Davis' legal
status in Pakistan at the time of his arrest.


According to US officials even though senior Pakistani officials
believe in private that Davis has diplomatic immunity the
government appears to be unwilling or unable to enforce the
protocol.
A senior Pakistani official, Information Secretary of the PPP Fauzia
Wahab was forced to resign her post after she made statements
saying she believed Davis did have diplomatic immunity.
Her comments were swiftly dismissed as personal views by a
presidential spokesman and a contempt of court petition has been
filed against her in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
In two articles appearing in a Pakistani newspaper called The
Express Tribune, the precise status of Davis's and the American
Government's claim of immunity has been examined by
Najmuddin Shaikh, a former Pakistani diplomat.
He wrote that the question of diplomatic immunity depends on
whether Davis was on the staff of the 'consulate' or the 'embassy'
as the privileges and immunities of each are very different.
If Davis was on the staff of the 'embassy' Shaik points out that
the question of immunity would depend upon whether Davis was
in Mozang Chowrangi in the course of his duties and who should
decide that.
Article 37 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations
provides that Embassy administrative and technical staff are
subject to the civil and administrative jurisdiction of the receiving
state, but enjoy the unlimited immunity from criminal jurisdiction
provided by Article 31.
Writing for Counter Punch, the journalist Dave Lindorff has
written "in other words, the prosecutorial, police and judicial
authorities in Lahore and the state of Punjab are doing exactly
what they are supposed to do in holding Davis on murder
charges, pending a judicial determination concerning whether or
not he can properly claim diplomatic immunity.

The US claim that Pakistan is violating the convention is simply
nonsense."
Davis in the mobile phone video of his interrogation did not claim
that he had a diplomatic rank, but rather that he was "doing
consulting work for the consular general, who is based at the US
consulate in Lahore."
In the video, Davis is heard and seen showing several ID badges
around his neck, and states that one is from Islamabad, and one
is from Lahore.
He then adds, "I work as a consultant there".
According to USA Today "U.S. officials in Islamabad will say only
that he was an American Embassy employee who was considered
part of the 'administrative and technical staff'."
This contradicts Philip Crowley's earlier statement and Davis' own
initial statement to the police that Davis "was an employee at the
U.S. Consulate".
Davis was not one of the embassy employees listed on January
25, 2010, two days before the incident However, a revised list
submitted a day after the incident on Jan 28 carried his name.
Pakistani officials believe that his name was missing from the Jan
25 list because at that time he was assigned to the consulate
general.
It has been assumed that he was put on the list given
subsequently so that he could benefit from Vienna Convention on
Diplomatic Relations 1961 instead of 1963 Convention on
Consular Relations that have a narrower scope in terms of
immunity.
A former British diplomat has listed the five circumstances in
which Davis might have diplomatic immunity.


They are these.
1) He was notified in writing to the government of Pakistan as a
member of diplomatic staff of a US diplomatic mission in Pakistan,
and the government of Pakistan had accepted him as such in
writing.
2) He was part of an official delegation engaged in diplomatic
negotiations notified to the government of Pakistan and accepted
by them.
3) He was a member of staff of an international organization
recognized by Pakistan and was resident in Pakistan as a member
of diplomatic staff working for that organization, or was in
Pakistan undertaking work for that organization with the
knowledge and approval of the Pakistani authorities.
4) He was an accredited diplomat elsewhere and was in direct
transit through Pakistan to his diplomatic posting.
5) He was an accredited courier carrying US diplomatic dispatches
in transit through Pakistan.
The former diplomat went on to write that information from
senior Pakistani ex-military sources is firmly that the necessary
diplomatic exchange of notes does not exist that would make
Davis an accredited US diplomat in Pakistan, but that the US
State Department is putting huge pressure on the government of
Pakistan to overlook that fact: "if the documents did exist Clinton
would have waved them at us by now."
However, the U.S. Department of State maintains that the formal
notification provided to the Pakistani government on January 27,
2010 that Mr. Davis was a member of the Embassy's
administrative and technical staff was sufficient to convey
immunity and there is no requirement under international law
that the Pakistani government provide any acknowledgment or
acceptance of the same.


False Name Implications
Official testimony by Philip J. Crowley, Assistant Secretary of
State, on January 27th stated that the person involved in the
Lahore incident was not named Raymond Davis.
Crowley, in two Department of State briefings to the press,
categorically stated that the 'Davis' name was "incorrect".
It was not until February 11th, fifteen days after the incident, that
the US embassy in Pakistan first referred to the arrested US
citizen as "Raymond Davis" in its Press Release.
It originally referred to him only as "a staff member of the U.S.
Consulate General" and then falsely referred to him as "a U.S.
diplomat" in three further official press releases.
On the basis of Crowley's statement Najmuddin Shaikh, (former
Pakistani Ambassador to the US) has argued that a person having
made a false visa application, holding a passport in a false name
and having entered the country illegally, will have a visa that was
never valid and therefore cannot claim diplomatic immunity by
these means.
Further, a local barrister Iqbal Jafree has submitted to the Lahore
High Court that the accused obtained a fake diplomatic visa with
a false name and that no immunity obtained fraudulently is valid.
Christopher King, a retired lecturer from London has written:
"Curiously, I have never seen this vital fact, which destroys all
claim by the US to Daviss diplomatic status, mentioned in any US
or British news report."
Davis' background
On February 9, an article on the website of WCYB in Bristol,
Virginia stated that he graduated from Powell Valley High School
in Big Stone Gap, Virginia in 1993.

The alumni page of the high school includes a Raymond Davis
who graduated in that year.
Davis reportedly has previous US Special Forces experience,
having spent 10 years in the military, beginning with basic
training at Fort Benning, Georgia, in 1993, a six month period of
service with the United Nations Peacekeeping forces in
Macedonia, then time with the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort
Bragg, and leaving the military in 2003.
He runs Hyperion Protective Consultants, LLC based in Orlando,
Florida, a company that specializes in providing "loss and risk
management professionals".
Subsequent investigations have revealed Hyperion exists only as
a web site.
According to at least one article, Hyperion is based in Nevada. He
has also been identified as a former Blackwater Worldwide
contractor.
On February, 2, 2011, about a week after the shooting, an article
appeared in the Denver Post saying that Raymond Davis lives in
Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and had previously lived in Las
Vegas, Lexington (Kentucky), Vail (Colorado), and Fort Bragg
(North Carolina).
Davis' activities in Pakistan
It is alleged that following his arrest, the police recovered
photographs of sensitive areas and defense installations from
Davis' camera, among which included snapshots of the Bala Hisar
Fort, the headquarters of the paramilitary Frontier Corps in
Peshawar and of Pakistan Armys bunkers on the Eastern border
with India.
The Government of Punjab considered Davis a security risk after
the recovery of the photos. Prosecutors also suggested that Davis
be charged with espionage.

Many analysts believe Washington halted the CIA drone attacks in
Waziristan, which had been occurring at the average rate of two
to three per week since 2008, stopped after Raymond Davis was
arrested.
There were no reported drone attacks from January 23, four days
before the Raymond Davis incident, until 21st February.
When arrested Davis was carrying a 9mm gun and 75 bullets,
GPS equipment and an infrared light, telescope.
Aftermath
The Government of Pakistan is under extreme pressure from the
United States to release Raymond Davis.
News reports indicate that the Pakistani Embassy in Washington
was cut off from all communications with the United States
Department of State over this issue.
Diplomatic notes were sent by the US Government to Pakistan's
Foreign Office urging it to grant diplomatic Immunity to Mr Davis.
A delegation of the United States House Committee on Armed
Services conveyed a veiled threat that Pakistan-US defense
cooperation could be under cloud if the standoff persisted on the
issue of immunity for Raymond Davis.
In another incident, an ABC News reported that to Pakistani
officials claimed that the Pakistani ambassador to the U.S. Husain
Haqqani received threats from the US National Security Advisor
Tom Donilon of being removed if action was not taken on the
Davis case.
Haqqani however categorically denied the allegation. According to
the same report, Donilon also warned of US consulates closing
down in Pakistan and an upcoming visit by President Zardari to
Washington being rejected.


On February 1, 2011, a petition brought by Pakistani lawyer
Saeed Zafar was ruled upon by Lahore High Court Chief Justice
Ejaz Ahmed Chaudhry where an order was issued to put Davis'
name on Pakistan's Exit Control List in order to restrain him from
being handed over to US authorities.
According to Pakistan's DawnNews a probe had revealed that a
GPS chip recovered from Davis was being used in identifying
targets for drone attacks in the tribal region.
The News International reports that top Pakistani Foreign Office
officials allege that Pakistan's President, Asif Ali Zardari asked the
Foreign Office in categorical terms that Davis should be given
diplomatic immunity and for this purpose, the Foreign Office
should immediately issue a backdated letter notifying Davis as
member of staff member of the US embassy, in Islamabad.
Former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi refused, saying
Imran Khan, a former cricketer and the founder and chairman of
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (Movement for Justice, a small
opposition party), said, "The people don't trust the government
any more.
It has time and again proven that it lies to its public," and he has
said he believes that it is only proper that Davis be tried before
local courts, so that Islamabad's role, if any, also be brought to
light.
Khan also believes that if Davis is simply handed over to
Washington, "no one will accept the [immunity] verdict and it will
lead to anti-Americanism and increase extremism in Pakistan."
In a statement, the Pakistani Taliban warned the government
against releasing Davis.
A spokesman for the Taliban said If (Pakistani) rulers hand him
over to America then we will target these rulers.
If Pakistani courts cannot punish Davis then they should hand
him over to us.

The Guardian reported U.S. censorship of U.S. media in that "A
number of US media outlets learned about Davis's CIA role but
have kept it under wraps at the request of the Obama
administration."
Colorado station KUSA censored an online report indicating Davis
worked for the CIA when the station "removed the CIA reference
from its website at the request of the US government."
Continuing developments
On February 7th, Shumaila Kanwal, the widow of Muhammad
Faheem who was shot dead by Davis, commited suicide.
On February 8, Barrister Iqbal Jafree filed a petition to the Lahore
High Court claiming Raymond Davis is not the real name of the
accused, and that the accused should be tried for forgery.
The petition also asserts that a forged passport cannot be the
basis for immunity from prosecution.
On February 12th Philip J. Crowley the US Assistant Secretary of
State for Public Affairs announced that trilateral meetings
between US, Afghan and Pakistani officials to be held on February
23 and 24 were postponed due to political changes in Pakistan.
On February 14th, it was reported that a Pakistani federal
minister close to President Asif Ali Zardari told a journalist We
are not in a position to oblige the US because this matter is now
sub judice and the Lahore High Court has included the name of
Raymond Davis in the Exit Control List.
If we do anything in violation of the court orders, then the court
will summon us for contempt and we are sure that the people of
Pakistan will come out on the road against us and our fate will be
worse than Hosni Mubarak.
On February 15th Senator John Kerry arrived in Pakistan in an
effort to secure release of Davis.

He was expected to use his personal contacts in Pakistan to get
this done.
On February 16th a writ petition was filed in the Lahore High
Court by Advocate Muhammad Azhar Siddique requesting a
judicial inquiry into the alleged tampering, manipulation and
forgery of the record of immunity maintained by the ministry
concerning the Davis case.
Previously the Lahore High Court had demanded clarification from
the federal and the provincial governments regarding the
unverified visa of Raymond Davis.
Barrister Iqbal Jaffery mentioned twice that the visa of Raymond
Davis was unverified and a case has been registered against the
officials of the Pakistan Embassy for negligence.
On February 16th DawnNews released an image of a US
government pay stub document which appears to show that
Raymond Davis is not a member of the diplomatic or consular
staff but is a permanent employee of the US Overseas Protective
Security Services.
On February 17th a Pakistani court delayed a decision on whether
Davis has diplomatic immunity until the 14th of March.
"As the deputy attorney general has requested three weeks to
submit a reply on the status of Raymond Davis, the case is
adjourned until 14 March," news agency AFP quoted Lahore High
Court Chief Justice Ijaz Mohammad Chaudhry as saying.
On February 18th a Pakistani judge ordered the arrest of the
driver of the vehicle which ran over and killed Obaidur Rahman.
Authorities in Punjab said they sent five letters to the U.S.
Embassy asking that the driver and vehicle be handed over, but
reportedly received no response.


On February 19th, American television carried news that Davis'
colleague, the driver who ran over and crushed Pakistani citizen
Mr. Rehman to death and sped away without stopping, had safely
reached America.
On February 21st the US administration admitted that Davis was
a CIA operative following the publication of this fact in the British
newspaper The Guardian.
A number of US media outlets followed and admitted that they
had also learned about Davis's CIA role but had kept quiet at the
request of the Obama administration.
"We knew early on" said Dean Baquet of the New York Times.
Salon.com's Glenn Greenwald has criticized this complicity with
the US government in concealing information: "It's one thing for a
newspaper to withhold information because they believe its
disclosure would endanger lives," Greenwald wrote.
"But here, the U.S. Government has spent weeks making public
statements that were misleading in the extreme Obama's
calling Davis 'our diplomat in Pakistan' while the NYT
deliberately concealed facts undermining those government
claims because government officials told them to do so.
That's called being an active enabler of government propaganda."
On February 23rd, former foreign minister Shah Mahmood
Qureshi spoke to the Pakistani National Assembly to reiterate that
the issue of Raymond Davis was mishandled.
And while he stopped short of naming anyone, he said he knew
who had mishandled it.
On Friday February 25th the murder trial of Davis started. The
press and public were excluded from the hearing in Kot Lakhpat
jail.


He refused to sign the challan (case papers) when they were
presented to him, and instead submitted an official letter from the
US embassy and said: According to this letter, I enjoy complete
immunity under the Vienna conventions and my detention in jail
as well as this trial is illegal.
As no lawyer appeared in the court on behalf of the accused, the
judge asked him to engage an attorney for his defense.
The judge adjourned the hearing till March 3rd.

FBI Says There Is A 100% Chance of

officer with Customs and Border Protection, admitted that
weapons of mass effect had entered a port somewhere in the
San Diego area, Dr. Vahid Majidi, the FBIs assistant director in
charge of the FBIs Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate has
stated that there is a 100% chance of a WMD attack in America.

Speaking to Newsmax, Dr. Majidi seemed eerily sure of an
imminent attack in America.
The notion of probability of a WMD attack being low or high is a
moot point because we know the probability is 100 percent,
Majidi says.
Weve seen this in the past, and we will see it in the future.
There is going to be an attack using chemical, biological or
radiological material.
With documented evidence that Al Qaeda was created by western
intelligence and that the FBI has literally given lone wolf terrorists
multiple bombs, the idea that the assistant director in charge of
the FBIs Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate is openly
declaring a WMD attack will happen should raise alarms
throughout America.
While Majidi did say terrorists would most likely employ chemical,
biological, or radiological weapons rather than a nuclear device,
the idea that a major nuke could go off in an American city is
nothing new.
On February 9th, ABC 10 News in San Diego interviewed Al Hallor
about security issues at a San Diego Port. Hallor then went on to
drop a bombshell, admitting that an unamed government agency
had recovered a weapon of mass effect in the last year.

This week, the last piece fell into place.

The National Research Council, part of the National Academy of
Science, heavy on politics and light on science, announced that
America was no longer able to track nukes threatening our
shores.

Their report titled Nuclear Forensics: A Capability at Risk, released
last week, outlines the details of a secret study requested by the
Departments of Homeland Security, Defense and Energy,
specifically the National Nuclear Security Administration.

The gist of the story is easy, if a nuke goes off in America, dirty
nuke in Times Square, one in a container at a port, anywhere,
America wont be able to tell who made it.

Not a word of the report is true.

It is wild speculation and disinformation written in broad language
with no hard science, written for a reason.



A powerful group within the United States, one with
influence over the press and the ability to derail an
investigation as was done with 9/11, has been
tasked with laying the groundwork for a terrorist
attack on America, one using nuclear material.

This report, unneeded, and highly inaccurate was printed in the
New York Times to provide cover.

It isnt just this report, the pieces are falling together around the
world.

The Wiki-Leaks story, pre staging Pakistans ISI as a terrorist
organization, a story built out of almost no information but
fleshed out with massive speculation by operatives in the press
is part of the process.

The Defense Authorization Act of 2006 allows, in case of a
terrorist attack for the president to declare martial law, disband
congress and rule by executive decree.

With the suspension of habeas corpus by the Military
Commissions act, also in 2006, America as we know it officially
comes to an end the second a weapon of mass destruction in
used.

Only then will America learn who has been pulling the strings all
along, who is scripting Wolf Blitzer and Glen Beck.

British Prime Minister David Camerons attacks on Pakistan, made
from New Delhi last week, seen by most as a serious political
blunder, are part of the narrative.

We will get to more background on a younger David Cameron
later.

Another piece of the puzzle involved a federal task force,
Defense, Energy, FBI, descending on a warehouse in Greenfield,
Indiana under the guise of a records search.

This Waco style assault on a facility storing furniture for college
dorm rooms was much more than it seemed.

No case, criminal or civil, provided any underlying reason for the
search.

Further, the bizarre tale of rumored missing nukes, illegally
transported on a B-52 from Minot AFB to Barksdale AFB in
Louisiana, a major Defense Department scandal, is meant to
create, not only fear and doubt, but plausible deniability if a
weapon is exploded inside the US.

These, however, are not, by far, the only missing nuclear
weapons America has to fear as we will get into later.

Two recent attacks, the Times Square Fizzler and the Detroit
Crotch Bomber were both amateurish affairs except for a couple
of things.

Both perpetrators had strong ties to Israeli organizations, one
actually employed by an Israeli-American financial firm, the other
the son of Israels primary partner in their defense industry
complex in Nigeria.

None of this was reported or investigated once discovered.

It was shoved under the rug immediately.

When cursory investigations of both suspects showed travel
histories only possible with significant help from an intelligence
agency, both stories disappeared from the news entirely.




It is as though everyone involved vanished from the face of the
earth like the second person arrested in Detroit or the well
dressed Indian who aided the Crotch Bomber onto the plane in
Amsterdam.

LEGAL JUSTIFICATION FOR ATTACKS ON GENTILES

Conservative interpretations of Jewish law, currently being used
to justify resettlement of Palestinians and even total removal of
all non-Jews from greater Palestine and adjacent areas have long
been used to justify acts such as the attack on the USS Liberty,
bombings of US facilities in Egypt and, less openly, false flag
terror attacks attributed to Muslims but performed by Israeli
security forces.

Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira and Rabbi Yosef Elitzur, seen as the ethical
conscience behind the Netanyahu government have taken the
following position as reported by Jonathan Cook:
In the 230-page book, Shapira and his co-author, Rabbi Yosef
Elitzur (The Kings Torah,currently Israels best selling book)
argue that Jewish law permits the killing of non-Jews in a wide
variety of circumstances.
They write that Jews have the right to kill Gentiles in any situation
in which a non-Jews presence endangers Jewish lives even if
the Gentile is not at all guilty for the situation that has been
created.

THE KING'S TORAH, ISRAELI "BEST SELLER" JUSTIFIES
TERROR
The book sanctions the killing of non-Jewish children and babies:
There is justification for killing babies if it is clear that they will
grow up to harm us, and in such a situation they may be harmed
deliberately, and not only during combat with adults.
The rabbis suggest that harming the children of non-Jewish
leaders is justified if it is likely to bring pressure to bear on them
to change policy.
The authors also advocate committing cruel deeds to create the
proper balance of terror and treating all members of an enemy
nation as targets for retaliation, even if they are not directly
participating in hostile activities. (False Flag Terrorism)
This rationale allows deadly force to be used against Christians if
their deaths advance the cause of Israeli security even if only
through economic profit.

Thus, if an attack such as 9/11 were to lead to America fighting
wars against enemies of Israel or if, as in Afghanistan, Israeli
companies were to profit from weapons or narcotics sales, any
deaths of gentiles, no matter how innocent, would be justified by
Jewish law as stated in the Torah.




Were an attack on the United States to bring that country to war
against Iran, even if that attack were perpetrated by Israelis, it
would be legal according to Israeli law, the same law being relied
upon for justice in the attack on the Mavi Marmara.

More often however, attacks on Israel itself are believed to have
been staged, not only to instill the population with fear and rage
but to continue the holocaust tradition of Jewish victimhood as
a justification for policies that have led to 62 vetoes in the United
Nations by the US, vetoes against sanctions imposed against
Israel for violations of international law.

We expect increased attacks on Israel, quickly tied to Hezbollah
and Iran, attacks that will either involve no casualties or the
deaths of either foreign workers or Russian emigres.

This pattern has been used repeatedly, such as the March 18
attack killing a lone Thai guest worker time to coincide with
the visit of the European Unions high commissioner for security,
Catherine Ashton, a critic of Israels apartheid policy in Gaza.

On a side note, 400 children of guest workers are being
expelled from Israel this week.

Eventually all will be expelled, guilty of destroying the Jewish
character through lack of racial purity.

When the US and Israel released Sharam Amiri, alleged Iranian
nuclear scientist, we learned one thing.

There is an inventory of Muslims, perhaps arrested, perhaps
kidnapped, maybe lured into custody, rendition, imprisonment or
cold storage, whatever you want to call it.

Each one has an elaborate legend built around them, describing
them as a lone gunman or terrorist mastermind.

This is the group that will supply the names and photographs we
will see after the next terror attack.

As Wayne Madsen described to us this week, this was the process
the CIA and Mossad used to create Osama bin Laden from
nothing.

The organization we know of as Al Qaeda is, in itself, a false
creation, an invention initially to serve as terrorist when we
needed them and as enemies when we needed them too.
Press clips gathered by the CIA and discovered in the National
Archives stored CIA files point to an agency keenly interested in
any leaks about the highly-classified CIA-Mossad program to
establish Osama Bin Laden and the most radical elements of the
Afghan Mujahidin as the primary leaders of the anti-Soviet rebels
in the 1980s.
WMR [Wayne Madsen Report] has pored through the CIA files
and a complicated picture emerges of Americas and Israels top
intelligence agencies, in cahoots with Saudi Arabia, establishing
financial links and carve out intelligence programs to provide
manpower and financial support to Bin Laden and his allies in

It was these very elements that later created the so-called Al
Qaeda, which the late British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook
described as nothing more than a database of CIA front
organizations, financial supporters, and field operatives.
However, one component omitted by Cook in the Al Qaeda
construct is the Israeli participation.
A pattern of evidence is emerging that cold storage dupes and
CIA/Mossad nurtured organizations may have had a hand in, not
only the Mumbai attacks but the London and Madrid bombings as

Nuclear Proliferation, treaties Israel has never signed, were
brought to the surface recently.

Back on September 22 1979, Israel and South Africa tested a
nuclear device, an 18.2 kiloton bomb.

This test in a remote area of the Indian Ocean was detected by
Americas VELA satellite system and confirmed by acoustic
sensors.

A forensic signature of this weapon was developed, not only
through optics but through particle emissions.

When an identical weapon was detonated by North Korea on May
25, 2009, a question was raised.

How did a nuclear weapon built by Armscor, an Israel company
operating in South Africa, end up in North Korea?


This is the story of the Tory nukes, nuclear weapons purchased
by Margaret Thatcher in 1991 from South Africa under a secret
authorization describing the weapons as cylinders.

Those involved in putting this bombs into special containers,
transporting them to Durban and then off to a container storage
facility in Oman from which they disappeared are now filling
volumes.

When the weapons containers which had laid unguarded for
months in a container yard in Oman were forwarded to the
United States for dis-assembly in accordance with treaty
requirements, only concrete blocks were found.

The disappearance has been directly tied to two arms traders
who ran illegal trafficking for Israel and South Africa during the
Iran-Iraq War.

The accused were business partners in the Ollie North era
Reagan hijinks known as Iran Contra.

The thieves were connected to the highest levels of, not only
Israeli intelligence but the CIA as well.

Israel says Saddam stole the weapons.

As late as 2003, Tony Blair used this tale to back what Deputy
Prime Minister Nick Clegg calls the illegal invasion of Iraq.

Blair had financial incentives to back the invasion, several million
of them, as secret letters leaked to the press but never printed
have shown.

Prime Minister David Cameron, was offered a free trip to South
Africa, paid for by Israeli owned Armscor, a nuclear weapons

investigating weapons of mass destruction in South Africa.

In fact something much different was going on.

On January 16, 2005, Tim Shipman, Defense Editor of the Sunday

he knew and David Cameron is in India carefully reading from a
script written in Tel Aviv.

Informed experts who have contacted the Sunday Express claim
the missing nuclear weapons found their way to Iraq.
The claims raise new questions about the extent of Dr Kellys
knowledge of British security secrets, which some insiders believe
may have contributed to his death.
Some believe he may have been silenced to prevent him
revealing more secrets to the media.
The South African weapons allegedly went missing in Oman on
their way to be decommissioned in the US and may have then
been smuggled to Iraq.
A source claimed: Dr Kelly knew about the South African nukes
because he worked for research facilities there.
Over the last year intelligence sources in both Britain and America
have told journalists they believe that whatever Doomsday
arsenal Saddam Hussein had accumulated before the second Gulf
War was smuggled into Syria before the Spring 2003 invasion.
Last month the Sunday Express revealed that MI5 investigators
looking for details of Dr Kellys involvement with the South African
government, seized his laptop computers after he died.
The coroner charged with investigating the Government scientists
death has said he will not reopen the case.
While British and American troops stormed across Iraq in 2003,
searching for these missing nukes, defense experts now fear they
had been in Israeli hands all along, a secret Dr. David Kelly was
no longer willing to keep, one that led to his death.

The missing containers may easily have been transferred to the
Netherlands, Nigeria or even the United States, perhaps even
Indiana or Toledo as is now rumored.

British police have raided the homes of many involved in the
missing weapons, seizing computers, personal papers and
frightening the hell out of people.

Some of those terrorized are scheduled witnesses for the Iraq
War inquiry.

This summer, Turkey and Brazil negotiated a deal with Iran to
remove any nuclear fuel that could be used for weapons
development.

It was exactly what everyone had been asking for.

President Obama ignored it and pushed for sanctions demanded
by Israel.

Russia cancelled the sale of an S300 air defense system to Iran
and voted to back sanctions against its ally, Iran also.

The relationship between Tel Aviv and the Russian oligarchs, seen
so clearly during the Jonathan Pollard spy scandal, had
reappeared for public again though no news organization picked
any of this up.




With secret Israeli bases, believed used for transit of narcotics
from Afghanistan, ringing Iran, Georgia, Azerbaijan,
Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and other nations in the region, and
US supplies and munitions in place or being delivered through
Black Sea ports, only American public opinion is holding up an
attack on Iran, despite the fact that Irans president Ahmadinejad
has requested an immediate conference with President Obama to
settle outstanding issues.

Inside Story-CIA Agent Raymond A.
Davis
On January 29, I along with my family while going to my house
passed through the Jail Road and viewed the seen of the
unpleasant event.
In that incident on January 27, 2011 an American undercover
secret agent Raymond A Davis killed two young boys just in front
of famous Bhatti Tikka Shop.
The site was marked with the nylon rope and the bloodshed of
killed citizens over road was visible from a distance as well.
Out of these murdered persons, two were killed by Raymond who
allegedly shot eight times with pinpoint accuracy through his car
windshield and third one totally innocent young boy was crushed
by another American vehicle which came for the rescue of the
killer.
Davis and others Americans fled the vehicles away from the seen
of the crime but thanks to Almighty Allah Who created a defect in
a private car of the unknown lady just in front of Davis car, and
forced him to stop.
At that moment chasing police party successful captured
Raymond Davis before he would has entered into the consulate.
But the vehicle which crushed Obaidur Rehman escaped itself and
went to US consulate.
Despite repeated requests of Punjab government, US consulate
has not produced the driver along with the vehicle to the police.
Reportedly, the driver and occupants of this vehicle have been
secretly transported to Afghanistan by road and later on from
there were flown to US.
The investigating Agency (Punjab Police) failed to completely
open the trained CIA agent Davis.
However, the police recovered from him private pistol, few
bullets, camera, cell phones, highly sophisticated wireless set and
dollars.
The screening of camera revealed that Davis has carried out the
photography of Pakistani bunkers situated on Eastern border, fort
located at Waris Road (ex location of an Army Unit), sensitive
buildings and locations.
The calls records of his mobile phones indicate that Davis was in
connection with different Taliban groups (working in the interest
of India and US). According to The European Union Times
Report Russias Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) revealed
that a top secret CIA documents found in Daviss possession point
his connection with al-Qaeda terrorists and use to provide them
nuclear fissile material and biological agents which could
be used against the United States itself in
order to ignite an all-out war in order to
reestablish the Wests hegemony over a
Global economy that is warned is just months away from
collapse.
The report further disclosed the information
about Davis while quoting the report
of Times of India that includes According
to records from the Pentagon, Davis is a
former Special Forces soldier who left the
army in August 2003 after 10 years of service.
A Virginia native, he served with infantry divisions prior to joining
the 3rd Special Forces Group in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
In 1994, he was part of the U.N. peacekeeping force in
Macedonia.

Washingtons foreign office and US ambassador instead assisting
local police for fair investigation started crying for immunity of a
spy under the Vienna acts.
The actual situation of the case of immunity is, Mr. Davis name
has not been included in that list which was provided by the US
consulate to Interior Ministry for getting diplomatic facilities on
January 23, 2011.
His name has been included in that list which was dispatched to
Interior Ministry of Pakistan on January 28, 2011 (after the
murder of Pakistani Citizens).
Thus, Davis name was listed maliciously to prove him as
diplomat. Mr. Obama, Hilleary Clinton & John Kerry also tried to
built up pressure on government of Pakistan to release Mr. Davis
on the plea that his status comes under the Vienna act which
gives immunity to diplomats.
Pakistan's former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has
said that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had pressurized him
to verify the diplomatic immunity to Raymond Davis arrested for
gunning down two men in Lahore.
"Hillary Clinton called me and wanted me to publicly confirm
diplomatic immunity of Davis.
However, I refused to do so because it was against the factual
position in the case," Qureshi was quoted as saying by Dunya
News Saturday night.
In this regard government of Pakistan straight away refused to
provide him the immunity and stated that matter would be
decided by the court.
Anyhow, the above revealed facts forced Pakistani authorities to
dig out the truth since now its not the matter of two simple
murders in self defence.
In fact it is matter of Pakistans national security, integrity,
respect, survival and sovereignty.
To reach the conclusion, the investigating agencies have to find
out the answers of significant questions which are frustrating

Double murder-accused US official Raymond Davis has been
found in possession of top-secret CIA documents, which point to
him or the feared American Task Force 373 (TF373) operating in

U.S. Caught in a Big Lie: Provocateur in
Pakistan is CIA Operative
Talk about getting caught in a Big Lie.
So desperate has been the US effort to get the US government
killer Raymond Davis sprung from police custody in Lahore,
Pakistan following his execution-style slaughter of two Pakistani
intelligence operatives in broad daylight in a crowded commercial
area, that the government trotted out President Obama to declare
that Pakistan was violating the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic
Relations by holding "our diplomat."
He insisted Davis had only been defending himself against
robbers, and should in any case be entitled to absolute
immunity...
Now both the Guardian newspaper in the UK over the weekend,
and the Associated Press today are reporting that sources in both
the Pakistani and American governments are confirming that
Davis works for the CIA.
The AP is even reporting that he is a "CIA security contractor,"
which is something less and a little more amorphous than a CIA
employee, and that means he has no claim on diplomatic
immunity whatever, and that raises the added question of who he
actually is and who he actually works for.
But more on that later.
The Guardian noted in its article that Davis's wife had provided
phone numbers for information about him to a local TV station
and that those numbers turned out to be the CIA.
Meanwhile, Agence France Press reported over the weekend that
Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC), a loose-tongued member of the
Senate Armed Services Committee, also apparently inadvertently
slipped up and disclosed on the Senate floor that Davis is an
"agent", saying, "We can't throw this agent over."
America's and the President's reputations lie in tatters as a result
of the handling of this bloody incident.
Not only did the US dispatch to Islamabad members
of Congress, including the oleaginous Sen. John
Kerry (D-MA), as well as the reprehensible Secretary
of State Hillary Clinton to press for Davis's release,
threatening the withholding of aid to Pakistan (our
ostensible ally in the Afghanistan War!).
It provided a patently false document to the
Pakistani Foreign Office claiming Davis to be an
employee of the US Embassy in Islamabad (which
would have meant he'd have immunity from arrest
and detention), when he was actually working out of
the Lahore Consulate, where he would not be
entitled to any immunity for his actions).
It also tried to exchange his regular passport for a
diplomatic one a day after his arrest, again
retroactively trying to get him immunity from
prosecution for his murderous acts.
Furthermore, the US government, according to the Guardian,
induced major US news organizations to hide what they knew
about Davis's real role from the American public.
The paper reported that several US news organizations had also
learned on their own that Davis is a spy, but then voluntarily with
held the information from the American public "at the request of
the Obama administration," which preferred to stick to the
fictional story line that Pakistan is holding an American "diplomat"
in "violation of the Vienna Convention" on diplomatic immunity.


In fact, on Feb. 15, when the president lectured Pakistan about
releasing "our diplomat" Davis, saying "We've got a very simple
principle here that every country in the world that is party to the
Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations has upheld in the past
and should uphold in the future, and that is, if our diplomats are
in another country, then they are not subject to that country's
local prosecution," not only did he know he was lying, but so did
some major news organizations which ran his statement but
didn't tell readers the truth Davis was no diplomat, but
was a spook, or a contractor for a spook agency.
Update Even late today, when the NY Times finally says it got
"permission" from the government to publish what it knew--that
Davis "worked with" the CIA, it still fudged the issue of its
allowing President Obama to lie at his press conference.
"Without describing Mr. Daviss mission or intelligence affiliation,
President Obama last week made a public plea for his release,"
the self-described "paper of record" wrote.
But that's not what Obama did.
He simply lied and called Davis a "diplomat" and
demanded his release, claiming he had immunity,
and the Times knowingly let him get away with that
lie.


This Dept. of Defense Contractor ID found on Davis belies
his "diplomat" claim, but also raises questions about
whether he's really CIA, or something else
Readers of This Cant Be Happening, will not be surprised about
any of this however.
Our online newspaper has, over the last three weeks, exposed
the fact that the company that Davis claimed to work for in the
US, Hyperion Protective Services, LLC, of Orlando Florida, was a
fraud--the address on the business cards that Davis was carrying
when arrested we traced to a vacant storefront in a run-down
and nearly empty strip mall in Orlando.
The store front had been vacant since 2009, according to the
owner of the property.
We also reported, when the rest of the media was hiding the
information, that the men Davis murdered were not robbers, but
were Pakistani intelligence people.
As well, we reported before any other US media, the news that
police had found all manner of spy and even terrorist materials in
Davis's car.
(Much of that information was available in the Pakistani press,
which was talking to the police and prosecutors in Lahore, but not
in the US press, either because US reporters in Pakistan were just
talking to US sources, or because their editors back in the States
were censoring their reports.)
I would suggest, however, that this story is not over yet.
It may well be that while Davis is a contractor for the CIA, he
could also be something else a still active-duty member of US
Special Forces.
One of the items found on him by arresting police was an ID card
identifying him as a DOD (Department of Defense) contractor.

See below: - Davis reportedly spent 10 years in US Special Forces
until allegedly leaving in 2003, but apparently it has become
increasingly common for the US to use Special Forces personnel
in countries all over the world who are "off the books" in terms of
being registered as active duty at the Pentagon, with records of
their service being maintained only at the unit level.
The thing is, while it is commonplace in the international
diplomatic world for embassies to give diplomatic cover to
members of their intelligence services, giving active-duty military
personnel diplomatic such "cover" would be a grave violation of
international diplomatic protocol.
And since local Pakistani politics make it unlikely that the ruse of
trying to call him an embassy employee, rather than a Lahore
Consulate employee will work with the Pakistan court, it could be
the US government has decided now to fall back to claiming he's
CIA, which would probably at least spare him a hanging, even if it
leaves him with a long jail sentence in a Lahore prison.
My main reasoning for thinking Davis is in Special Forces is that
CIA agents dont typically advertise themselves as being in the
security business.
Yet Davis was carrying cards when he was arrested after
slaughtering two Pakistanis that identified him as an employee of
Hyperion Protective Services, LLC.
That kind of thing may well be what a cowboy secret Special
Forces commando might do, but not a CIA agent.
Furthermore, the kind of killing that Davis was involved in--the
daylight execution on a crowded street of two young men on
motorcycles--and the equipment police found in his car, which
included multiple semi-automatic pistols and high-capacity clips, a
telescope, a forehead-mounted infra-red flashlight, multiple cell-
phones, a cell-phone locater, clippers, military knives, makeup
and masks and a camera filled with photos of schools (common
targets for bombings in Lahore and other Pakistani cities)--sound
dirtier than the typical CIA fare.

Adding to the suspicion that Davis is involved in something more
than just spy work or intelligence gathering is the report in
today's NY Times that he "has worked for years as a C.I.A.
contractor, including time at Blackwater Worldwide, the private
security firm (now called Xe)."
It's easy why the American government has been trying so hard
to keep their Pakistani police and prosecutors from applying the
thumbscrew and waterboard to this particular prisoner!
Two things are clear already though.
One is that the US is a thoroughly untrustworthy member of the
international diplomatic community.
It has shown that, from the President on down, it is ready to
bald-facedly lie to its own allies to cover up its nefarious activities,
which well could include fomenting terror within their borders.
The other is that the US media are nothing more than
propaganda mouthpieces for that same wretched government,
ready to help it cover up its crimes when asked.

(Reuters) - Two U.S. citizens with diplomatic status were quietly
withdrawn from Pakistan after being involved in a fatal car
accident last month while trying to help Raymond Davis, a CIA
contractor being held by Pakistani authorities on murder charges.
Editors Note: Keep in mind that these agents were also involved
with providing Al Qaeda operatives with "nuclear fissile material"
and "biological agents".

This is what the U.S. is attempting to
cover up.

Two officials familiar with U.S. government activities in Pakistan
said the two Americans who left the country worked for the CIA
under contract as protective officers.

This means they were employed as highly skilled bodyguards, like
Davis, for CIA operations officers serving in Pakistan.

The two Americans who left Pakistan have not been otherwise
identified by U.S. or Pakistani authorities.

The CIA declined to comment.


According to a translated Pakistani police statement obtained by
Reuters, the two Americans got into the car crash while trying to
go to the aid of Davis, who U.S. sources say claims he shot dead
two Pakistanis on a motorcycle when they tried to rob him at
gunpoint as he was driving in Lahore.

The police report says the vehicle used by the unidentified
Americans, a Landcruiser belonging to the U.S. consulate in
Lahore, drove the wrong way down a one-way street.

It struck and killed a motorcyclist named Muhammad Ibad-ur-
Rehman, the report said, and "fled from the scene of the

was involved in some kind of undercover
counter-terrorism operations.




They also deny reports from Pakistan
suggesting that Davis' assailants had some
link to the Inter Services Intelligence
directorate, Pakistan's principal intelligence
agency.

Elements of the ISI have been involved in
secretly supporting U.S. counter-terrorism
operations in Pakistan, including a long-
running campaign to attack suspected
militant camps using missiles fired from
unmanned drone aircraft.

But the deeper story is that Davis allegedly actively aided and
abetted terrorism.
As CNN notes: - Some newspapers cited unnamed sources to link
Davis with "terrorist activity" and the Pakistani Taliban.
"CIA agent Davis had ties with local militants," read the headline
in The Express Tribune.
The Tribune quoted an unnamed "senior police official" as saying
Davis was suspected in masterminding terrorist activity.
"His close ties with the TTP (The Pakistani Taliban) were revealed
during the investigations," the paper quoted the police official as
saying.
"Davis was instrumental in recruiting young people from Punjab
for the Taliban to fuel the insurgency."

Our Zionist author proposes the Samson Strategy (named after

unrestrained (and unprincipled) massacre of innocent people,
Muslims and non-Muslims, in retaliation for attacks against Israel.

Other like-minded Zionists argued after 9/11 that Islams holy
sites should be destroyed if Israel is harmed by Muslim
extremists.

Our author, however, has a different plan:
I disagree with his prescription.
It doesnt go nearly far enough.
Destroying the holy sites of all 1.5 billion Muslims in retaliation for
the acts of a few extremists is undoubtedly a heinous war crime
under article 33 of the Geneva Convention:
No protected person may be punished for an offense he or she
has not personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all
measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited.
The Israeli Defense Force has been regularly accused of collective
punishment in its wars with its neighbors.

Many human rights lawyers, including Israeli scholars, consider
the IDFs actions a form of state terrorism.

Yet, it appears our authors hatred of Muslims as a collective is so

agreement with Israel is beneficial to Muslims.
Still, none of these facts keep our Zionist author from targeting all
Muslims.

It is not surprising that a radical Zionist should essentialize Islam

However, I was shocked by this line: Allah bows down before the

among others.
It is not viewed as a threat to "Mother Earth" as in the case of

It is not front-page news.
The fact that an attack on Iran could lead to escalation and
potentially unleash a "global war" is not a matter of concern.

The global killing machine is also sustained by an imbedded cult
of killing and destruction which pervades Hollywood movies, not
to mention the prime time war and crime TV series on network

A culture of killing and violence has become imbedded in human
consciousness.

War is broadly accepted as part of a societal process: The
Homeland needs to be "defended" and protected.

"Legitimized violence" and extrajudicial killings directed against
"terrorists" are upheld in western democracies, as necessary
instruments of national security.

A "humanitarian war" is upheld by the so-called international
community.


It is not condemned as a criminal act.

Its main architects are rewarded for their contributions to world
peace.

With regard to Iran, what is unfolding is the outright
legitimization of war in the name of an illusive notion of global
security.

A "Pre-emptive" Aerial attack directed against
Iran would lead to Escalation

At present there are three separate Middle East Central Asia war
theaters: Iraq, Af-Pak, and Palestine.

Were Iran to be the object of a "pre-emptive" aerial attack by
allied forces, the entire region, from the Eastern Mediterranean
to China's Western frontier with Afghanistan and Pakistan, would
flare up, leading us potentially into a World War III scenario.

The war would also extend into Lebanon and Syria.

It is highly unlikely that the bombings, if they were to be
implemented, would be circumscribed to Iran's nuclear
facilities as claimed by US-NATO official statements.

What is more probable is an all out air attack on both military
and civilian infrastructure, transport systems, factories, public
buildings.



Iran, with an estimated ten percent of global oil and gas
reserves, ranks third after Saudi Arabia (25 %) and Iraq (11 %)
in the size of its reserves.

In comparison, the US possesses less than 2.8 % of global oil
reserves.

The oil reserves of the U.S. are estimated at less than 20 billion
barrels.

The broader region of the Middle East and Central Asia have oil
reserves which are more than thirty times those of the U.S,
representing more than 60% of the World's total reserves. (See

Of significance is the recent discovery in Iran of the second

Targeting Iran consists not only in reclaiming Anglo-American

and Russia in the region.



The planned attack on Iran is part of a coordinated global
military road map.

It is part of the Pentagon's "long war" a profit driven war
without borders, a project of World domination, a sequence of
military operations.

US-NATO military planners have envisaged various scenarios of
military escalation.

They are also acutely aware of the geopolitical implications,
namely that the war could extend beyond the Middle East
Central Asia region.



The economic impacts on the oil markets, etc. have also been
analyzed.

While Iran, Syria and Lebanon are the immediate targets, China,
Russia, North Korea, not to mention Venezuela and Cuba are
also the object of US threats.

At stake is the structure of military alliances. US-NATO-Israel
military deployments including military exercises and drills
conducted on Russia and China's immediate borders bear a
direct relationship to the proposed war on Iran.

These veiled threats, including their timing, constitute an
obvious hint to the former powers of the Cold War era not to
intervene in any way which could encroach upon a US-led attack
on Iran.

Global Warfare

The medium term strategic objective is to target Iran and
neutralize Iran's allies, through gunboat diplomacy.

The longer term military objective is to directly target China and
Russia.

While Iran is the immediate target, military deployment is by no
means limited to the Middle East and Central Asia.

A global military agenda has been formulated.

The deployment of coalition troops and advanced weapons
systems by the US, NATO and its partners is occurring
simultaneously in all major regions of the World.

The recent actions of the US military off the coast of North
Korea including the conduct of war games are part of a global
design.

Directed primarily against Russia and China, US, NATO and allied
military exercises, war drills, weapons deployments, etc. are
being conducted simultaneously in major geopolitical hotspots.
-The Korean Peninsula, the Sea of Japan, the Taiwan Straits, the
South China Sea threatening China.
-The deployment of Patriot missiles in Poland, the early warning
center in the Czech republic threatening Russia.
-Naval deployments in Bulgaria, Romania on the Black Sea,
threatening Russia.
- US and NATO troops deployments in Georgia.
- A formidable naval deployment in the Persian Gulf including
Israeli submarines directed against Iran.
Concurrently the Eastern Mediterranean, the Black Sea, the
Caribbean, Central America and the Andean region of South
America are areas of ongoing militarization.

In Latin America and the Caribbean, the threats are directed
against Venezuela and Cuba.

US "Military Aid"

In turn, large scale weapons transfers have been undertaken
under the banner of US "military aid" to selected countries,
including a 5 billion dollar arms deal with India which is intended
to build India's capabilities directed against China.

The US has military cooperation agreements with a number of
South East Asian countries including Singapore, Vietnam and
Indonesia, involving "military aid" as well as the participation in
U.S.-led war games in the Pacific Rim (July -August 2010).

These agreements are supportive of weapons deployments
directed against The People's Republic of China.

Similarly and more directly related to the planned attack on Iran,
the US is arming the Gulf States (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and the

Defense (THAAD) as well as sea-based Standard Missile-3
interceptors installed on Aegis class warships in the Persian Gulf.

The Timetable of Military Stockpiling
and Deployment

What is crucial in regards to US weapons transfers to partner
countries and allies is the actual timing of delivery and
deployment.





The launch of a US sponsored military operation would normally
occur once these weapons systems are in place, effectively
deployed with the implementation of personnel training. (e.g
India).

What we are dealing with is a carefully coordinated global
military design controlled by the Pentagon, involving the
combined armed forces of more than forty countries.

This global multinational military deployment is by far the largest
display of advanced weapons systems in World history.

In turn, the US and its allies have established new military bases
in different parts of the world.

World War III Scenario

"The World Commanders' Areas of Responsibility" (See Map
above) defines the Pentagon's global military design, which is
one of World conquest.

This military deployment is occurring in several regions
simultaneously under the coordination of the regional US
Commands, involving the stockpiling of US made weapons
systems by US forces and partner countries, some of which are
former enemies, including Vietnam and Japan.

The present context is characterised by a global military build-
up controlled by one World superpower, which is using its
numerous allies to trigger regional wars.

In contrast, the Second World War was a conjunction of
separate regional war theaters.

Given the communications technologies and weapons systems of
the 1940s, there was no strategic "real time" coordination in
military actions between broad geographic regions
Global warfare is based on the coordinated deployment of a
single dominant military power, which oversees the actions of its
allies and partners.

With the exception of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the Second
World War was characterized by the use of conventional
weapons.

The planning of a global war relies on the militarization of outer
space.

Were a war directed against iran to be launched, it would not
only use nuclear weapons, the entire gamut of new advanced
weapons systems, including electrometric weapons and
environmental modification techniques (ENMOD) would be used.

The United Nations Security Council

The UN Security Council adopted in early June a fourth round of
sweeping sanctions against The Islamic Republic of Iran, which
included an expanded arms embargo as well "tougher financial
controls".

In a bitter irony, this resolution was passed within days of the
United Nations Secrity Council's outright refusal to adopt a
motion condemning Israel for its attack on the Gaza Freedom
Flotilla in international waters.

Both China and Russia, pressured by the US, have endorsed the
UNSC sanctions' regime, to their own detriment.

Their decision within the UNSC contributes to weakening their
own military alliance, the Shanghai Cooperation organization
(SCO), in which Iran has observer status.

The Security Council resolution freezes China and Russia's
respective bilateral military cooperation and trade agreements
with Iran.

It has serious repercussions on Iran's air defense system which
in part depends on Russian technology and expertise.

The Security Council resolution grants a de facto "green light" to
wage a pre-emptive war against Iran.

The American Inquisition: Building a
Political Consensus for War

In chorus, the Western media has branded Iran as a threat to
global security in view of its alleged (non-existent) nuclear
weapons program.

Echoing official statements, the media is now demanding the
implementation of punitive bombings directed against Iran so as
to safeguard Israel's security.

The Western media is beating the drums of war.




The purpose is to tacitly instill, through repeated media reports,
ad nauseam, within people's inner consciousness, the notion
that the Iranian threat is real and that the Islamic Republic
should be "taken out".

A consensus building process to wage war is similar to the
Spanish inquisition.

It requires and demands submission to the notion that war is a
humanitarian endeavor.

Known and documented, the real threat to global security
emanates from the US-NATO-Israel alliance, yet realities in an
inquisitorial environment are turned upside down: the
warmongers are committed to peace, the victims of war are
presented as the protagonists of war.

Whereas in 2006, almost two thirds of Americans were opposed
to military action against Iran, a recent Reuter-Zogby February
2010 poll suggests that 56 % of Americans favor a US-NATO
military action against Iran.

Building a political consensus which is based on an outright lie
cannot, however, rely solely on the official position of those who
are the source of the lie.

The antiwar movement in the US, which has in part been
infiltrated and co-opted, has taken on a weak stance with regard
to Iran.

The antiwar movement is divided.

The emphasis has been on wars which have already occurred
(Afghanistan, Iraq) rather than forcefully opposing wars which
are being prepared and which are currently on the Pentagon's
drawing board.




Since the inauguration of the Obama administration, the antiwar
movement has lost some of its impetus.

Moreover, those who actively oppose the wars on Afghanistan
and Iraq, do not necessarily oppose the conduct of "punitive
bombings" directed Iran, nor do they categorize these bombings
as an act of war, which could potentially be a prelude to World
War III.

The scale of antiwar protest in relation to Iran has been minimal
in comparison to the mass demonstrations which preceded the
2003 bombing and invasion of Iraq.

The real threat to global security emanates from the US-
NATO-Israel alliance.

The Iran operation is not being opposed in the diplomatic
arena by China and Russia it has the support of the
governments of the frontline Arab states which are
integrated into the NATO sponsored Mediterranean
dialogue.

It also has the tacit support of Western public opinion.

We call upon people across the land, in America, Western
Europe, Israel, Turkey and around the world to rise up against
this military project, against their governments which are
supportive of military action against Iran, against the media
which serves to camouflage the devastating implications of a
war against Iran.

The military agenda support a profit driven destructive global
economic system which impoverishes large sectors of the world
population.




This war is sheer madness.

World War III is terminal.

Albert Einstein understood the perils of nuclear war and the
extinction of life on earth, which has already started with the
radioactive contamination resulting from depleted uranium.

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought,
but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

The media, the intellectuals, the scientists and the politicians, in
chorus, obfuscate the untold truth, namely that war using
nuclear warheads destroys humanity, and that this complex
process of gradual destruction has already commenced.

When the lie becomes the truth there is no turning backwards.

When war is upheld as a humanitarian endeavor, Justice and the
entire international legal system are turned upside down
pacifism and the antiwar movement are criminalized.

Opposing the war becomes a criminal act.

The Lie must be exposed for what it is and what it does.

It sanctions the indiscriminate killing of men, women and
children.

It destroys families and people.

It destroys the commitment of people towards their fellow
human beings.

It prevents people from expressing their solidarity for those who
suffer.

It upholds war and the police state as the sole avenue.


It destroys both nationalism and internationalism.

Breaking the lie means breaking a criminal project of global
destruction, in which the quest for profit is the overriding force.

This profit driven military agenda destroys human values and
transforms people into unconscious zombies.

Let us reverse the tide.

Challenge the war criminals in high office and the powerful
corporate lobby groups which support them.

Break the American inquisition.

Undermine the US-NATO-Israel military crusade.

Close down the weapons factories and the military bases.

Bring home the troops.

Members of the armed forces should disobey orders and refuse
to participate in a criminal war.











CIA AND MOSSAD TOPPLED MUBARAK


Mubarak, who made Egypt more peaceful and more prosperous.
The CIA and Mossad have now toppled Mubarak.

Both Aristide and Mubarak were accused of being corrupt.

Mubarak made Egypt peaceful and more prosperous.

Mubarak is very rich, but so also is the Bush family in the USA.

Most of the leaders in the Gulf region have made fortunes from
their links to western companies.

Egypt has had torture, but so also has the USA the chief torturers
work for the USA.

Toppling Saddam did not help Iraq.

Toppling the Shah did not help Iran.

The toppling of Mubarak has already done great damage to
Egypt.

Many Egyptians supported Mubarak, particularly in the villages.

Mubarak defended Christians in Egypt, according to His Holiness
Shenuda III', the Coptic Pope.

In Alexandria people painted over anti-Mubarak graffiti. (Many In

One piece of graffiti that declared: The people want to try
Mubarak, now reads: The people want Mubarak.

Some Alexandrians say they feared going outside because of pro-
Mubarak bullies.

The protests have left the Egyptian economy in a shambles
"Today Giza is empty - and horse guides like Farag abu Ghanim,
who has 25 employees and 35 horses, are in trouble.

"'From where we feed our family?' asked Farag. 'And from where
we feed these horses?'

"A horse costs almost $10 a day to feed - Farag has already gone
into debt to pay for them.

Many more are like him - tourism accounts for one out of every
ten jobs in Egypt...

"In central Cairo, shop owners like Abdul al-Sunni say their
business is down 70 percent - he is not earning enough to feed
his family."



What lies ahead for Egypt, if so called 'democratic'
elections are held?

1. There could be a weak coalition government which may
contain the CIA's Muslim Brotherhood. Rajab Hilal Hamida, a
member of the Brotherhood in Egypt's parliament, has said: -

"From my point of view, Bin Ladin, al-Zawahiri and al-
Zarqawi are not terrorists in the sense accepted by some.
I support all their activities." (a Cautionary Note)

This Muslim Brotherhood guy is spouting CIA-Mossad propaganda
intended to weaken countries like Egypt.

2. A new Egyptian president may quickly be undermined by acts
of false flag terrorism, accusations of government corruption, and
disputes with the military.

3. The majority of the Egyptian population will become MUCH
poorer and there could be serious malnutrition.

The middle classes will lose some of their savings.

4. There is a risk that Israel will grab the Sinai.

There is a risk that Egypt will be balkanised.

5. Eventually a new leader may emerge.

He could be an American-trained general or even a
member of the CIA's Muslim Brotherhood.



Indonesia had a CIA 'people power' revolution in 1998.


This was followed by years of dire poverty and much violence.

Now Indonesia is ruled by an American-trained general who once
worked for Suharto.

Indonesia is now being invaded by a less-liberal form of Islam
and the poor are still struggling.

Most of the 'corrupt' people are still in place - civil servants,
police, judges, generals, businessmen and politicians.

Recent visitors to Indonesia have been George Soros and Nat
Rothschild.

"After the 1979 revolution in Iran, the secularists and the various
religious groups united to form a coalition government.


"Within a year, the Islamic Republic party (two of the members of
which were Rafsanjani and Khamenei) completely took control
and turned Iran into a totalitarian state in the guise of a so-called
'Islamic' republic that took away many of the hard-earned rights
that Iranians had gained in the last century...

"I would like to remind people that when Khomeini came to Iran
he promised freedom, democracy and human rights...

"In fact, one of the members of the Muslim Brotherhood,
involved in the assassination of former liberal Egyptian
President Anwar Saddat, is Ayman Al-Zawahiri, one of the
leaders of Al Qaeda."

So, the CIA got rid of Sadat as well.

"During the height of the revolution in Iran in 79, the Islamists
burned a cinema in Tehran full of people, massacring the people
in side (The Rex Cinema Massacre).

"They were able to successfully blame the government of the
Shah for this, and they leveraged the anger of the people to
further their own position." (SNAP ANALYSIS: Elbaradei, The

The 1979 toppling of the Shah was of course the work of the CIA.

There are poor people in Egypt.
But, this photo shows Chicago in the USA.

Life expectancy in Egypt is 70.1 years, the same as in many parts
of the USA.

Unemployment in Egypt is LOWER than in the USA.

Some figures (Egypt.):

1. Between 1980 and 2007 Egypts Human Development
Index (HDI) rose 42%.

2. Egypts average annual HDI growth was 10th fastest
worldwide and almost double the global average.

3. Between 2005 & 2008 Poverty, as defined by those living
under $2/day, fell over 11%

4. Only 16% of the population now live on less than $2
per day.

5. The Gini Index, the international measure of wealth inequality,
fell 7% between 1999 & 2007.

6. The share of the poorest 10% in national income rose
5% and the share of richest 10% fell 6% in the same
period.

The ratio of the wealth of the richest to the poorest 10% also fell
10%.



Egypt has enjoyed economic growth averaging 4%5% over the
past 25 years.
