ORDER UNDER SEAL GRANTING TRUSTEE'S MOTION


UNDER SEAL TO EXTEND PRIOR DISCOVERY ORDER

THE MATTER came before the Court on May itff2001, upon the Trustee's Motion Under

Seal to Extend Prior Discovery Order (the "Motion"). The Court, having reviewed the Motion, the

Court file and being duly advised in the premises, finds that the relief requested in the Motion

should be granted. Accordingly, it is ORDERED:

1. The Motion is GRANTED.

2. The Discovery Order, as defined in the Motion, is extended to June 30, 2001.

3. No further discovery shall be had from the Federal Bureau of Prisons pursuant to

the Discovery Order without further Order of the Court. >

4. This Order shall be made and maintained under seal until further Order of the

Court.
