How to avail your holiday package.

Step 1:
Send the below mentioned documents at the address given below atleast 30 working
days before the 1st preferred booking date.
These documents should be sent by courier only.

Please note that you need to write ‘Airtel holiday package’ on the envelope.

• Valid Photo ID Proof ( DL, Voter id Card, Passport Copy, PAN Card ) any one
of them.
• Draft of Rs.800/- in favour of IndiaHotelReview.com payable at Noida UP
branch issued only from Indian bank. These charges are collected for the
services rendered in the booking. There will be no further charges to be paid at
the hotel.
• Copy of Customer Relationship Form.
• 1 Passport size Photograph.
• List of 3 preferred hotels/resorts along with booking dates (all 3 check-in dates
must have a difference of atleast 7 days).

Step 2:
Once we receive the documents we will confirm the booking at any one of the
hotel/resort preferred by you.

Step 3:
After getting the confirmation from the hotel for your booking, we will send you a
confirmation e-voucher at your email address with all the details of your hotel stay.
Once you receive the voucher you can avail the stay as per the confirmation details
mentioned on the voucher, however on any given circumstances if you are unable to
avail the same, the voucher will stand null and void.

Step 4:
Once you receive the e-voucher from us you need to carry the print out of the voucher
to the hotel and submit it which is mandatory at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Terms & Conditions:

• All Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue of the Voucher in
terms of the travel dates. In order to redeem it, customer is required to send all
the documents within 30 days of the "Airtel - DTH" invoice date.
• IndiaHotelReview.com shall make necessary arrangements with its member
hotels/resorts as shown above for a holiday period of 2 Nights & 3 Days for a
family comprising of a couple and one child (below 5 yrs) per stay voucher
during the offer period. Booking shall be confirmed by India Hotel Review to
the Customer within 3 days of receipt of the booking request along with the
following documents - proof of being a customer of the specified
product/offer of Airtel, filled in travel voucher form and a copy of the photo
ID proof of the Airtel customer who has received the offer, along with a DD
of Rs 800/- (towards resgistration and handling charges) drawn from “Indian
Bank” only (please note no other nationalized bank DD will be accepted) in
favour of IndaiHotelReview.com” payable at “Noida” (UP) through physical
courier.
• A minimum of 30 working days advance notice is required for hotel/resort
confirmation from the customer. The holder should give minimum of three
hotel/resort options, to process the booking. All rooms are subject to
availability and prior bookings.
 • Booking and reservation requests will not be accepted on telephone and have
to be sent by means of courier post with duly filled reservation voucher.
• India Hotel Review will issue an e-voucher and user is required to carry the
print out of the same to the hotel. Once an e-voucher is issued against a
particular request, no changes there after will be entertained.
• The bookings though the holiday voucher will be accepted only at the office
of India Hotel Review and not directly at the listed hotel.
• The holiday vouchers will be non-refundable, non-cashable, non-extendable,
non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• Hotel/Resorts have the right to charge for additional facilities like an extra
bed, meals, airport transfers, telephonecalls, gymnasium, laundry and other
leisure facilities. Airtel and India Hotel Review shall not be liable for any
other additional facility availed by the customer. The same shall be settled
between the hotel/resort and the customer.
• The holiday voucher will be utilized only by the person to whom it will be
issued. The person asking for reservation and signing the booking form will be
responsible for his/her spouse in respect of giving the acceptance of the above
terms and conditions.
• The holiday voucher will not include any other services or facilities which are
not mentioned on the voucher.
• The holiday voucher will be redeemed only once.
• India Hotel Review will reserve the right to change the redemption hotels
without prior notice.
• Holiday Voucher will not be valid for groups, employees of Airtel/India Hotel
Review and their family members.
• Airtel will hold no responsibility for any liability arising from the use of
holiday voucher. The availability and quality of the services will be the
responsibility of India Hotel Review, the service provider only.
• Only 1 holiday voucher can be redeemed and booked at a time.
• Vouchers are not valid during peak periods, Festive periods, Christmas/New
Year periods, Weekends and Bank Holidays. Exact dates for these peak
periods will be mentioned in the issued voucher to the customer.
