I was responsible for:
Planning a safe, fun, and creative environment for 25-30 children over a series of
four weeks.
Organizing activities, events, and crafts based on the weeks theme
Ensure an appropriate number of counselors and lifeguards were present at all
times.
Ordering supplies needed for activities, events, and crafts; resupplying when
necessary.
Overseeing office duties in the office (answering phones, signing in members and
guests, promoting country club events, monitoring lifeguards)

Balancing currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculating

written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.
Receiving checks and cash for deposit, verifying amounts, and check accuracy of deposit
slips
Entering customers' transactions into computers in order to record transactions and issue
computer-generated receipts.
Counting currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using a currency-counting
machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Federal
Reserve Bank.

Under-Age Buyer October 2006-October 2009

I was responsible for:
Visiting alcohol and tobacco retailers throughout Virginia to verify that licensees
were complying with the state age requirements, 18 for tobacco sales and 21 for
alcohol.
Being accompanied by special agents, who are sworn police officers from ABC's
Bureau of Law Enforcement, during the attempts to purchase alcohol.
Not altering my appearance or mannerisms or mislead clerks in any way while
attempting to make a purchase. I had to own valid identifications.
I was to present my own identification if the clerk, cashier, bartender or waiter
asked for identification.
