The ethical and sustainable behavior of any organization is the product of the human
qualities of the people that form part of it at every level. This is why the values of the
team are very important. Therefore, their Code of Ethics is based on certain fundamental
values established in their organization and on other principles of reference.
Mango also wants to develop and implement this set of values in all of their fields of
influence, both internal and external, because they believe that their responsibility
extends to the entire supply chain. Therefore, they have steadily developed instructions,
policies, and action codes related to social, wor and environmental aspects, all with the
desire to improve and move forward.
They also believe that such policies, codes and actions have to be supported by efficient
management systems and finally verified internally and externally, and all information
about the results and ob!ectives achieved made available.
