Goal Development:
Candidate Assessment
My strengths are being a good team player, great customer service skills and I am very passionate and motivated about all tasks. Following on from that I also have good team skills; these are fantastic communication skills, confidence, approachable, good problem solver. An example of me showing these skills would be when I worked in The Market Inn, a customer had a problem with the drinks on offer, I suggested an alternative which then solved the problem. I also tend to see myself as a peacemaker and will try and listen to everything people have to say before making a decision which I feel is right. I can also work under pressure while taking my own iniative, an example of this would again be while working in The Market Inn. The resident chef was on his break when a customer ran in urgently needing something to eat before going back to a meeting. I offered him one of the most popular dishes on the menu. The customer agreed to this, and with a lack of cooking skills I managed to make the dish to a satisfactory standard. I also see myself as very down to earth and dont tend to get ahead of myself.
