seamripper(orsmallknife)andmaketwosmallincisions eachafew
mmfromthecentredot.Ontherightsideofthefabric,pushthetwo
legsofthesnapthroughthetwoincisionsyoujustmadesoitpopsout
theotherside.Slidethediscoverandfoldthemetallegsovereach
other.Ohsnap!

Takeyour4cmx25cmpieceofVileneS520andironittothewrong
sideoftheothermainbodyfabricpiecesothatitis1cmfromthetop
andsidesasshown.Theadditionofheavyinterfacingherestabilizes

VileneS320andtrim1cmfromalledges thisistoensurethatyour
seamsarefreeofinterfacingsoyourlayersareeasiertosew.Ironthe
interfacingontotheotherflappiece(withoutthesnap).

Handstitchyourappliquorbuttonontotherightsideofthefront
flappiecewithoutthesnap.Ichoseagreatflowerappliqufroman
oldshirtthatdidntfitmeanymore!Placebothsemicirclesrightside

unsewn.Trimtheseamto0.5mmandcliptoreducefabric
bulk/puckeringnotagoodlook.
