African Market. 75% of our missions are for African profiles (Local & Repatriates from
the diaspora in Western countries). 25% of our missions are for Expatriate profiles

The other assessment tools

PS20: PSV20 is a personality and skills assessment tool that improves recruitment
techniques and supports staff development. It only takes 10 minutes to complete and
triggers instant generation of 2 clearly defined assessment reports. These reports are
compiled in a clear and easy to understand format.

Adexen uses this tool for: Job profiling, competency profiler, Talent mapping

360: It is a very interesting web based tool used on Adexens online platform. It
provides individual and collective feedback. Subordinates, peers, provide feedback
and supervisors directly on the web platform and our consultants elaborates the
reports and debrief with the managers and the candidates.

ASSESSMENT
Adexen has developed dedicated methodology for entry-level high potential
candidates. This allows us to identify the best candidates among a large population
though a 3-step objective methodology specifically designed by Adexen for the
African Market.

TRAINING
We are operational in with both soft skills modules and technical skills modules. We
conduct bespoke training for our clients as well. Our Learning and development
