Victoria Police Codes and Abbervations

Of the 100-odd codes allocated by Victoria Police, only about 14 are in common use today. The following is a
complete list of signal codes.
The word "Code" or "Signal" usually precedes the code number, e.g. "Ballarat 303 CODE 1", "Any unit clear
for a CODE 12 & 16", Cnr of Sturt and Ripon Street Ballarat.
