Schedule a preproduction meeting to discuss all supplier concerns. Client will submit a photocop# of all
supplier contracts, wedding invitation, guest list and contact numbers of all the members of the entourage
and ceremon# participants 0offerors, readers, etc.1
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm schedules and ensure that goods/services are delivered on time.

Assist the Photographers for the pictorial including the fi6ing of the gown in the manne/uin, fi6ing the
