SUBJECT: Landscaping Project

INTRODUCTION
I now submit to you a report on the progress that I have made my research for your company ,
landscaping . Immediately after receipt of the January 14 bid of my firm to examine the pros and
cons of the project and what to put it at this place . I started to investigate all areas of project.
The purpose of this project is to make appropriate landscaping in accordance with the city
council . The specific objectives of this project are preparing landscaping and according to the
specified time. Project have limits and must be completed before June 2014.
This project was undertaken on Jan 2014 and started in the first week and the project is
scheduled for completion in may 2014. Persons or organizations responsible for the smooth
running of this project is landscape designers , construction workers , supervisors.
In the following section of this progress report , you will be informed of the work I have
accomplished , I am now involved in the work , the work that needs to be done , and finally an
overall assessment of how the project will progress.





DISCUSSION
Work complete
In the last three weeks I have accomplished the following:
1. Project Leader: I have divided the tasks according to their expertise. I also project
management plan detailing the amount of time would take me to complete the pre-design
Landscape.
2. Requirements Gathering: To better help me complete this project, I met with the city council
to determine what consumers want and what needs to be enhanced. The survey results have
given a clearer picture of the needs of the users in building a comfortable area.
3. Design: I have compiled most of the landscape that I hope to use to complete the landscape
quality and the satisfaction of the city council.
in week six projects approved and started running and on that same week earlier groundbreaking
work done for opening the site by the city council and Direct materials sent by the supplier to be
able to run the project.

Work on going
To complete the landscaping project I need to complete the following
1. Construction : I've finished the rough draft of my four construction to construct
suchconstructing five gazebos , constructing water fountain, constructing a jogging / walking
track , children 's playground and constructing should be completed within two weeks
according to the schedule released by the company and approved by the city council. in the
completion of this project required a lot of talent as a designer, supervisor , director and
construction workers .



2. problem : the completion of the project a lot of the problems faced in constructing complete
any construction of water fountain, constructing a jogging / walking track , constructing
children 's playground because when bad weather construction will cease for fear of
compromising the quality of the project and may result in improved building materials . other
than that if it rains the construction process will be delayed and will increase costs. in the
completion of this project, we had to delay the construction of the project for two weeks due
to inclement weather and can harm the project , materials and labor .

3. Testing: Upon completion of construction projects we have conducted usability testing to
avoid things that are not in the desired place.


4. Submission : Once I have completed my final review after usability testing , I will submit my
project for evaluation. This project took four weeks to complete due to bad weather

The project schedule shown below indicates project deadlines and milestones for each of the
above-mentioned phases. It clearly separates the work complete, on-going and work to be done.

Work to be done
To complete the landscaping project I need to be done the following:
1. Work to be done: after the construction was completed in the tenth week and repair work
must be done to carry out landscaping approved by the city council . things that need to be
made are :
a) Planting trees
b) Planting grass
c) Furnishing and finishing
Neatness in completing this process, requiring a lot of workers for a given time by the city
council is one month. because the site has a relatively large area of the company should hire
more workers with cheaper price . to accelerate the process of updating workers selected for
a relatively cheap fee and can do the job any time soon . and the project on schedule and
completed in the stipulated time before june 2014.
2. Submission : . As soon as I finished my last review after usability testing , I will submit my
project for evaluation. This project to completion took fourteen weeks to complete.

Confronting problems
The most important problems found are:
1. Bad weather causing problems pembinan deferred and not according to the planned schedule.
It was raining all day besides also cause building materials to disintegrate and hard.
2. Not enough time to be the cause of the work is not completed and require additional time to
complete the project.
3. in addition to the problem of labor shortages also cause delays in the project, as the company
had to hire foreign workers to complete the finishing process before submission to the city
council.
