Booking Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT is for the services of music and/or entertainment described below between
ABBIE STANDS MUSIC (AKA Abbie Stands) (hereinafter referred to as Artist), and

Price payable to KEVIN OURS via BUSINESS CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER,
which must be returned with this signed contract no later than ________________________.
b) Any money as detailed in the attached Artist Travel Rider(s) payable to ABBIE STANDS MUSIC via
PERSONAL CHECK, BUSINESS CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, which must be
returned with this signed contract and the signed rider no later

c) ________________________________ reflecting the non-refundable BALANCE of the Contract Base
Price made payable to ABBIE STANDS MUSIC, DUE PRIOR TO SHOW COMMENCEMENT in CASH,
BUSINESS CHECK, CASHIER'SCHECK OR MONEY ORDER (No Personal Checks). (paypal in
advance will be considered)*
9. This agreement of the Artist to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots,
strikes, epidemics, extreme or dangerous weather conditions, acts of God, or any other legitimate
conditions beyond Artist's control.
10. The Artist acts as independent contractor and not as employee of the Purchaser.
11. Purchaser is responsible for maintaining all necessary liability insurance for this show and its related
activities. Artist is responsible only for their conduct. Purchaser agrees to pay for all damage done to
Artist's equipment due to the wrongful act of Purchaser, its employees, agents or guests. Purchaser
assumes all risk of the engagement and shall indemnify and hold Artist harmless against any claims or
legal actions brought against Artist arising out of personal injury or property damage occurring at the
engagement which is not directly caused by the Artist.
12. This contract and all, if any, of its riders shall be governed by the laws and in the courts of the State of
Ohio and by the laws of the United States, excluding their conflicts of law principles. Any dispute or legal
proceeding regarding the Agreement shall take place in the county of Franklin, in the State of Ohio.

13. The terms and conditions of this contract rider are hereby accepted by the PURCHASER and ARTIST
by them or their representatives' signatures below. The terms of this contract and its riders (if any) are
binding and supersede any oral or written representations. Your signature below will constitute this as a
binding agreement between us.
