Should the cable or connections be damaged,
arrange to have them exchanged by an author-
ised specialist or the Customer Service.

alterations to the appliance.
Protect the appliance against moisture and liquid
penetration.
Do not operate the appliance close to open

Notes on the Declaration of
Conformity
This appliance complies with, in regard to conformity
with essential requirements and other relevant provi-
sions, the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
The complete original declaration of conformity can
be obtained from the importer.
First use
You can simply plug the card reader into a USB port
on your computer. The required drivers are installed
automatically on connection.
Please note that when you install the card reader no
external device may be connected.
Proceed as follows:
Switch the PC on and wait until the operating
system has booted.
Connect the supplied USB cable with the Mini-
USB port of the card reader.
Connect the other end of the USB cable with
a free USB port on your computer. After the oper-
ating system has installed the required drivers,
the card reader is ready for use. The Operation
LED lights up in blue.
You can now connect your memory cards and
USB ash drives/USB peripherals (such as printers,
scanners, etc.) to the card reader. The storage
media is indicated as a removable medium in
Windows Explorer.
CAUTION
Ensure that the data transfer is complete before
removing the memory card or USB ash drive
from the card reader. Otherwise a data loss
cannot be excluded.
NOTE
A driver installation may be required for the
connected USB peripherals. You will receive
the driver with the purchase of the appliance
or from the appliance manufacturer.
Cleaning
CAUTION
Ensure that, when cleaning it, no moisture can
penetrate into the appliance, so as to avoid
irreparable damage to it.
Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning
agents. These could damage the housing.
Clean the appliance with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage
Store the appliance in a clean, dry place away from
direct sunlight.
Disposal
Do not dispose of the appliance in
your normal domestic waste. This
product is subject to the provisions
of European Directive 2002/96/EC-WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal
centre or at your community waste facility. Please
observe the currently applicable regulations. In case
of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Warranty
The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the
date of purchase. This appliance has been manufac-
tured with care and meticulously examined before
delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In
the event of a warranty claim, please contact our
Customer Service department by telephone. Only in
this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be
assured.
NOTE
The warranty covers only claims for material
and manufacturing defects, not for transport
damage, wear and tear or for damage to fragile
components, e.g. switches or batteries.
This appliance is intended solely for private domestic
use, not for commercial applications. If this product
has been subjected to improper or inappropriate
handling, abuse, or modications not carried out by
one of our authorised service centres, the warranty
will be considered void.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by
this warranty. The warranty period is not extended by
repairs made under the warranty. This applies also to
replaced and repaired parts.
Damages and defects extant at the time of purchase
must be reported immediately after unpacking, resp.
no later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs made after the lapse of the warranty period
are subject to charge.

Dieses Gert entspricht hinsichtlich bereinstimmung

beim Importeur erhltlich.
Inbetriebnahme
Sie knnen das Kartenlesegert einfach an einen
USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers anschlieen. Die
bentigten Treiber installieren sich bei Anschluss auto-
matisch. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei der Installation
des Kartenlesegerts kein Endgert angeschlossen ist.
Gehen Sie beim Anschluss folgendermaen vor:
Schalten Sie Ihren PC ein und warten Sie bis
dieser hochgefahren ist.
Verbinden Sie das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel mit
dem Mini-USB-Anschluss des Kartenlesegerts.
Verbinden Sie das andere Ende des USB-Kabels
mit einem freien USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers.
Nachdem das Betriebssystem die bentigten Treiber
installiert hat, ist das Kartenlesegert betriebsbereit.
Die Betriebs-LED leuchtet blau auf.
Sie knnen nun Ihre Speicherkarten und USB-Spei-
chersticks / USB-Peripheriegerte (z.B. Drucker,
Scanner, etc.) an das Kartenlesegert anschlieen.
Die Speichermedien werden als Wechseldatentr-
ger im Explorer angezeigt.
ACHTUNG
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Datentransfer
beendet ist, bevor Sie die Speicherkarte bzw.
USB-Speicherstick aus dem Kartenlesegert
entfernen. Andernfalls kann ein Datenverlust
nicht ausgeschlossen werden.
HINWEIS
Bei den angeschlossenen USB-Peripheriegerten
kann eine Treiberinstallation ntig sein. Diesen
erhalten Sie beim Kauf oder beim Hersteller des
jeweiligen Gertes.
Reinigung
ACHTUNG
Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine
Feuchtigkeit in das Gert eindringt, um eine irrepa-
rable Beschdigung des Gertes zu vermeiden.
Benutzen Sie keine chemischen oder scheuernden
Putzmittel. Sie knnen das Gehuse beschdigen.
Reinigen Sie das Gert mit einem trockenen,
weichen Tuch.
Lagerung
Lagern Sie das Gert an einem sauberen, trockenen
Ort ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
Entsorgung
Werfen Sie das Gert keinesfalls in
den normalen Hausmll. Dieses
Produkt unterliegt der europischen
Richtlinie 2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste Electri-
cal and Electronic Equipment).
Entsorgen Sie das Gert ber einen zugelassenen
Entsorgungsbetrieb oder ber Ihre kommunale Entsor-
gungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden
Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer
Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung.
Garantie
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gert 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Das Gert wurde sorgfltig produziert
und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprft.
Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis fr
den Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit
Ihrer Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung. Nur so
kann eine kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewhr-
leistet werden.
HINWEIS
Die Garantieleistung gilt nur fr Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler, nicht aber fr Transportsch-
den, Verschleiteile oder fr Beschdigungen
an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z.B. Schalter oder Akkus.
Das Produkt ist lediglich fr den privaten und nicht
fr den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei
missbruchlicher und unsachgemer Behandlung,
Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingrien, die nicht von
unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenom-
men wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch diese Garantie
nicht eingeschrnkt. Die Garantiezeit wird durch die

Indicaii privind declaraia de
conformitate UE
Acest aparat corespunde, n privina conformitii,
cerinelor fundamentale i celorlalte prevederi relevante
ale directivei RoHS 2011/65/EU (restricii de utilizare
a anumitor substane periculoase).
Declaraia de conformitate n original este disponibil
la sediul importatorului.
Punere n funciune
Putei conecta uor cititorul de carduri la computer
printr-o conexiune USB.
Driverele necesare se instaleaz automat la conecta-
re. La instalarea cititorului de carduri nu trebuie s e
conectat niciun aparat nal.
Conectai-l astfel:
Deschidei PC-ul i ateptai pn pornete.
Introducei cablul USB livrat n conexiunea
mini USB a cititorului de carduri.
Introducei cellalt capt al cablului USB ntr-o
conexiune USB liber a calculatorului. Dup ce
sistemul de operare i-a instalat driverele necesare,
cititorul de carduri este funcional. LED-ul de funci-
onare este albastru.
Acum v putei conecta cardurile de memorie i
stickurile de memorie USB / dispozitivele periferice
USB (de ex. imprimanta, scannerul, etc.) la citito-
rul de carduri. Mediile de stocare vor aate n
Explorer ca medii detaabile.
ATENIE
Asigurai-v c transferul de date s-a ncheiat
nainte de a scoate cardul de memorie, respectiv
stickul de memorie USB din cititorul de carduri.
n caz contrar, o pierdere a datelor nu poate
exclus.
INDICAIE
Cnd aparatele periferice USB sunt conectate,
poate necesar o instalare a driverelor. Le
vei primi la cumprare sau de la productorul
aparatului respectiv.
Curare
ATENIE
La curare, asigurai-v c n aparat nu
ptrunde umezeal, pentru a evita defectarea
iremediabil a aparatului.
Nu utilizai materiale de curare chimice sau
abrazive. Putei deteriora carcasa.
Curai aparatul cu o pnz uscat i moale.
Depozitare
Depozitai aparatul ntr-un loc curat i uscat, ferit de
radiaia direct a soarelui.
Eliminare
Nu aruncai aparatul sub nicio form
n gunoiul menajer obinuit. Acest
produs se a sub incidena Directivei
Europene 2002/96/EC-EEEU (Echipamente
electrice i electronice uzate).
Eliminai aparatul prin intermediul unei rmei speciali-
zate i autorizate sau prin intermediul serviciului local
de eliminare a deeurilor. Respectai reglementrile
actuale n vigoare. Dac avei nelmuriri, contactai
serviciul dumneavoastr local de eliminare a deeurilor.
Garanie
Pentru acest aparat se acord o garanie de 3 ani de
la data cumprrii. Aparatul a fost produs cu grij i
vericat cu scrupulozitate naintea livrrii.
Pstrai bonul de cas pentru a dovedi cumprarea. n
caz de defeciuni n perioada de garanie, contactai
telefonic centrul dumneavoastr de service. Numai
astfel poate asigurat o expediere gratuit a produ-
sului dumneavoastr.
INDICAIE
Garania este valabil doar pentru defecte de
material sau de fabricaie i nu pentru defecte
cauzate la transport, piese defecte sau defeci-
uni la piese casabile, de ex. ntreruptoare sau
acumulatori.
Aparatul este destinat numai pentru uz privat i nu
pentru utilizri profesionale. n cazul manevrrii abu-
zive sau necorespunztoare, al uzului de for i al
interveniilor care nu au fost realizate de ctre liala
noastr autorizat de service, garania se stinge.
Drepturile dumneavoastr legale nu sunt limitate
prin aceast garanie. Perioada de garanie nu este
prelungit dup efectuarea reparaiilor realizate
n perioada de garanie. Acest lucru este valabil i
pentru piesele nlocuite i reparate.
Deteriorrile i decienele prezente deja la cump-
rare trebuie semnalate imediat dup dezambalare
sau cel trziu n dou zile de la data cumprrii.
Reparaiile necesare dup expirarea perioadei de
garanie se efectueaz contra cost.
