1. !e"%od o* Cont"a+t8 The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing of MOU on
AMC. This may be renewed from year to year subject to rendering of satisfactory service &
fulfilling the term & conditions.
. !ayent Te"8 !or all AMC" #ayment will be made on $uarterly basis %&' of order value
of AMC( after com#letion of the said $uarter subject to their satisfactory #erformance to be
certified by customer ) user. The servicing agency will give a #erformance *an+ ,uarantee
of 1-' of order value of AMC e.ceeding /s. 1 0a+h at the time of acce#ting the contract.
1. Rep,a+eent o* !a"ts8 Maintenance of the com#uter" #rinter & U23 includes su##ly &
re#lacement of #arts free of cost e.ce#t some consumable items. Anne.ure is enclosed for
com#onents not covered under AMC. 4owever the servicing agency may #rovide such
com#onents and the #rice may be fi.ed at the time of signing of AMC.
5. !"e9ent Ma%ntenan+e8 2eriodical #reventive maintenance will be made once every
month.
&. :.a,%ty o* Spa"es8 The e$ui#ment #arts re#laced must be new and e$uivalent in
#erformance of e.isting #arts.
6. Add%t%ona, C$a"&es8 The AMC cost includes the traveling cost for rendering service
through out the year for one or all locations & for one or all systems.
7. Stat.to"y Le9%es8 The AMC cost includes all statutory levies if any" charged by 3tate or
central ,ovt. for rendering this ty#e of service.
8. ;o"/%n& <o."s8 The maintenance wor+ shall normally be done during wor+ing hours of
the customer. 4owever" in case of emergency maintenance may have to be done beyond
office hours and even on holidays #rior arrangement through #ro#er communication should
be wor+ed out in all cases by the servicing agencies.
9. Repo"t%n& A.t$o"%ty8 The 3ervice :ngineer will be allowed to handle the res#ective
e$ui#ments only with #ermission of the officer in;charge of Com#uter 3ystems.

re#orting the #roblem to the 3econd #arty.
