a. Job Description: HR employees are responsible for the day-to-day
management of employees in a business. They choose the best talent to
recruit, they are active in training staff and they deal with any employee
disputes. They are also responsible for the management of pay roll,
making sure that at the end of month each employee goes home with the
right amount in their paycheck.
b. Working Conditions: Human Resource Executives work in offices, and
most work full time during regular business hours (or longer). Most travel
to attend professional meetings or to recruit employees.
c. Qualifications- Graduate from college with a Masters degree in Human
Resource Management. Get a job in Human Resources to gain
experience and work up the ladder!
d. Outlook- Employment of human resources managers is projected to grow
13 percent from 2012 to 2022, about as fast as the average for all
occupations. As for Executives, with more business that start and grow
more positrons will open. This is a career path that will not be
disappearing anytime soon.

8. Final Summary- I learned that to be a Human Resource Executive I will need a
