tipping cylinders. These cylinders can be double action, single action, multistage or even two stage cylinders.
These cylinders have two constructions, single and double action. Pressurized fluids are present on one side in
single action cylinders during retraction and expansion. The cylinder generally stops when the fluid under
pressure stops flowing within the cylinder. In double action cylinders hydraulic fluids move in two directions.
These cylinders generally use double and single-ended rods.
The tipping angle of these cylinders is generally high due to presence of both single and doubled action
construction. The range of these cylinders varies from 1 ton payload as in autorickshaw to 50 tons payload
as in HCVs. Multistage tipping cylinders operate in various phases. These phases generate greater power
than the double and single phase cylinders. These allow operations of heavy machineries.
The cylinder barrel, base, piston, seal gland, piston rod and seals are made from the finest type of materials

Tipping Cylinders
DHF manufacturer different type of tipping cylinders, they are Single Action, Double action, two stage and
multistage tipping cylinders. These are being used as Under-Body Tipping cylinder as well as Front End Tipping
cylinders. Tipping cylinder has two contruction: single action and Double Action etc. where both the construction
of cylinders (Single action & Double action) are pressurised to lift the load, but return (closing) of the cylinder, in
single action is by weight oftne body, in double action by oil pressurising in reverse side. Hense the return is
vary fast and also you can get higher Tipping angle in this construction.Tipping cylinder has a range
(tonnagewise) from 1 ton payload(autorickshaw) to 50 tons payload (HCVs).Here given a table of all available
