Water: A clear liquid which forms in seas, rivers, lakes, and rain and is the main thing a
person/animal needs to live life.
Benefits:
1. Water is the only liquid on Earth that safely reduces weight.
2. Drinking lots of water reduces skin problems. (dry skin, wrinkles, spots)
3. Moistens tissues in the mouth, eyes, and nose.
4. Lessen the burdens on the kidney.
5. Protects from dehydration.

Sunlight: a type of direct energy called light energy.
