SUMMARY
My previous responsibility was to advocate technology changes for the Home Loans Sales line of business,
within Consumer Banking for Bank of America. I collaborated with project teams that included technology,
compliance, legal, change management, and line of business partners to make sure changes were successfully
identified, documented, developed and promoted to production to accomplish this goal. I would like to utilize
this experience and other lessons learned from my last 30 years in the Technology and Mortgage Industries for

EXPERIENCE
July 2004-Febuary 2014 V.P., Service Delivery Manager, Bank of America
Acted as liaison between internal customers and the banks Information Technology department.
Assumed Single Execution Lead role which acts as both Project manager and Technical Project
Manager on technology maintenance projects.
Facilitated meetings with multiple partners from various workgroup disciplines to ensure projects
moved forward.
Coordinated with legal, compliance and privacy partners to ensure that projects met all guidelines.
Wrote business requirement documents, analyzed technical specifications, reviewed testing results,
addressed issues and escalated communication as needed.
Responsible for analysis and tracking to make sure the projects were within budgetary constraints.
Provided direct support for the LenderOffice suite of applications, Neighborhood Lending Database,
Affordable Housing Partners and associated vendor relationships.
Consultant on development of several partitions of the iOriginate POS application introduced in 2006.
Mentored and trained new Business Analysts on the POS applications, AdavantEdge and iOriginate.
Initial year worked in UAT testing; Completed end to end testing the origination and funding mortgage
systems. Developed test plans, tested scripts and reported defects using the Quality Center application.
