Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Kejadian Diare Pada Balita Di Puskesmas Talang Ratu Palembang Tahun 2014 xii + 78 halaman + 5 tabel + 6 lampiran
ABSTRAK Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), diare menyebabkan kematian hingga 2 juta anak di dunia setiap tahun. , menurut SDKI tahun 2012 AKB indonesia sebesar 32/1000 kelahiran hidup. Di provinsi sumatra selatan AKB sebesar 29/1000 kelahiran hidup. sedangkan AKB di palembang tahun 2012 sebesar 97/29451 kelahiran hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu tentang kejadian diare pada balita di puskesmas talang ratu palembang Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan survey deskriptif dengan populasi semua ibu yang membawa balitanya datang ke puskesmas talang ratu palembang Bulan Februari Tahun 2014 dengan pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan metode analisa univariat dengan hasil pengetahuan ibu tentang kejadian diare pada balita dalam kategori baik sebanyak 25 responden (71,42%), cukup sebanyak 7 responden (20%), dan kurang sebanyak 3 responden (8,57%). Pengetahuan ibu tentang defenisi diare pada 35 responden yaitu pengetahuan dalam kategori baik sebanyak 11 responden (31,42%), cukup 20 responden (57,14%), dan kurang sebanyak 4 responden (11,42%). Pengetahuan ibu tentang penyebab diare pada 35 responden dalam kategori baik sebanyak 8 responden (22,85%), cukup sebanyak 21 responden (60%), dan kurang sebanyak 6 responden (17,14%). Pengetahuan ibu tentang penularan diare pada 35 responden dalam kategori baik sebanyak 9 responden (25,71%), cukup sebanyak 22 responden (62,85%), dan kurang sebanyak 4 responden(11,42%). Pengetahuan ibu tentang pencegahan diare pada 35 responden dalam kategori baik sebanyak 25 responden (71,42%), cukup sebanyak 7 responden (20%), dan kurang sebanyak 3 responden (11,42%). Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan informasi bagi ibu-ibu sekalian buat penambahan wawasan ibu dan dapat melakukan pencegahan lebih lanujut terhadap penyakit diare bagi balitanya.

ABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization ( WHO ), diarrhea cause the death of up 2 million children in the world each year. According to the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey in 2012 IMR of 32/1000 live births. In the southern Sumatran province of IMR as many as 29/1000 live births. while IMR in Palembang in 2012 as many as 97/29.451 live births. The purpose of this research was to reveal the mother's knowledge about incidence of diarrhea in infants in health centers Talang Ratu Palembang 2014. This research use a descriptive survey of the population of all mothers who bring their babies to come to the Talang Ratu clinc Palembang in February 2014 with accidental sampling. Data analysis using univariate analysis with the results of maternal knowledge about the incidence of diarrhea in infants in both categories as many as 25 respondents ( 71.42 % ), quite as many as 7 respondents ( 20 % ), and less as many as 3 respondents ( 8.57 % ). Mothers' knowledge of the definition of diarrhea in 35 respondents in both categories of knowledge that is a total of 11 respondents ( 31.42 % ), quite as many as 20 respondents ( 57.14 % ), and less as many as 4 respondents ( 11.42 % ). Mother's knowledge about the causes of diarrhea in 35 respondents in both categories as many as 8 respondents ( 22.85 % ), quite as many as 21 respondents ( 60 % ), and less as many as 6 respondents ( 17.14 % ). Mother's knowledge about the transmission of diarrhea in 35 respondents in both categories as many as 9 respondents ( 25.71 % ), quite as many as 22 respondents ( 62.85 % ) , and less as many 4 respondents ( 11.42 % ). Mother's knowledge about prevention of diarrhea in 35 respondents in both categories as many as 25 respondents ( 71.42 % ), quite as many as 7 respondents ( 20 % ), and less as many as 3 respondents ( 11.42 % ). With this research can used as information for all mothers, for incrase mothers knowladge and can doing prevention against diarrhea disease to their babies.
