Model TRT32
Traulsen's dual-purpose Rethermalization ovens are designed to heat food up
to 350

F and/or hold it at safe temperature of up to 250

F. Ideal for use with
products such as casseroles/lasagna, baked goods, etc.., their compact footprints
also saves valuable foorspace while providing additional heat & hold capacity.
Both Reach-In and Roll-In models feature a top mounted, forced air system
which ensures even temperatures throughout the cabinet and their easy to use
controls allow up to 9 custom programs for both operator convenience and
product consistency.
Ideal for any size restaurant, schools, universities, hospitals or any application
requiring even heat and/or hold temperature in a compact footprint.

Construction, Hardware and Insulation
Cabinet exterior and interior are constructed of stainless steel material. Welded
endo-skeleton steel frame. A set of 6" high casters (model TRT32 only) are included
as standard and are installed at the factory.
Doors are constructed of stainless steel and are equipped with locks as standard. They
feature a magnetic door latch with mechanical grip action for a secure door seal dur-
ing transportation. Also, equipped with heavy duty door hinges and high temperature
door gaskets that are removable for cleaning or maintenance replacement.
The cabinet is insulated with 1" fberglass insulation and 2" fberglass insulation on
top of the cabinet.
Interior
Standard interior arrangements for Model TRT32, includes 16 wire shelves on pilasters
as standard. Model TRT32R, has a built in ramp and dolly with high-temperature
casters as standard (wire baskets optional).
System
Cabinet is equipped with four 1900W heater element(s). Also, equipped with a low
speed fan that provides even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. System is
top mounted and is easily removable for ease of maintenance. A 6' NEMA 6-50P
cord and plug is provided as standard. Retherm operating temperature adjust-
ments range from 100

F up to 350

F. Holding temperature adjustments ranges

F.
Controller
Equipped with a programmable microprocessor controller, an adjustment/set but-
ton, and a start button as standard. Also, includes digital LED displays: time (in
minutes), hold temperature, retherm temperature & cabinet temperature (program
number). Controller can be manually adjusted or can be pre-programmed with
up to 9 custom programs. In addition, it includes an On/OFF switch which powers
the unit.
Warranties
Both a one year parts and labor warranty is provided standard. In addition, the
hinges and door latches are warranted by a lifetime warranty. An optional 2
nd
year
extended parts and labor warranty is also available.
