Dear Patrick,
It has been an honor to serve as your Republican Attorney General, and I_am asking for your
continued support at our convention. Our team has an effective record of protecting children
and communities from South Dakota's most dangerous and violent offenders. I will
continue to lead efforts to remove sexual predators from our streets and to address addiction
through the offender-pay 24ll sobrtety program. I will keep protecting South Dakota
consumers and businesses from deceptive trade practices through enforcement, awareness,
and legislative action.
When the President and Washington fail you, 1 serve as the last line of defense to preserve
our state and individual rights. It was our challenge to Obamacare that struck down some of
the most overreaching federal mandates as unconstitutional, and the work to further protect
our healthcare is not finished. I am presently defending our Second Amendment right to the
private sale of frrearms, and challenging the F.PA's over regulation of agriculture and small
businesses.
