Narrative Patrols responded to the above location after receiving report of an erratic
driver entering the Village on State Highway 345. Patrols located the vehicle and
made contact with the occupant. Upon further investigation the occupant, Kain,
was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marihuana and small
quantity of cocaine. Kain was transported back to Potsdam Police Department
where he was charged and released to a third party.

0930-1400 Patrols conducted a seat belt enforcement detail throughout the Village of Potsdam.

Street. Patrol responded.
1800 Received report of possible telephone scam.
1841 Patrol responded to a medical alarm located on Lawrence Avenue.
1854 Received report of an unrestrained dog in the Village. Patrol responded.
1940 Patrol responded to a medical alarm located on Lawrence Avenue.
2009 Patrol completed an equipment inspection for a village resident.
2051 Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Main Street for a Cell phone violation, verbal warning.
2100 Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Maple Street and issued Maria Gambellacarballo a traffic ticket
for failing to yield the right of way, returnable to village court on 6/13/2014.
2126 Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Elm Street and issued Taylor Dow two traffic tickets, one for an
expired registration and one for passing a steady red traffic light. The tickets are returnable to
village court on 6/13/2014.
2149 patrols received a report of a couple having a heated argument in the area near Depot Street.
2200 Patrol observed three males in the Scanlons Auto Parts parking lot, one of them, Kevin Debiew,
was urinating in public. He was issued an appearance ticket for village court, returnable on
6/13/2014.
2320 Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Main Street and issued Morgan D. Dunn a traffic ticket for
unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, returnable to village court on 6/13/2014.
2347 Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Market Street and issued a verbal warning for an improper turn.
