Strong Pan Supports
Equipped with strong pan supports, our hobs ensure that the pots dont wobble.
This in turn adds to superior heat distribution. The pan supports can be easily
removed and washed, while its enamel coating makes cleaning even easier.
Intelligent Control Knobs
Different types of Indian dishes require different levels of heat. Thats why
Bosch hobs come equipped with control knobs for precise control over the
ame. The clever design of the knobs also makes it easy and comfortable to use.
Rubber Gasket
While cleaning, there are chances of water droplets seeping inside the knobs.
Precisely why, we have rubber gaskets around our knobs which ensure zero
water seepage. This not only improves safety but also enhances product life.

Flame Failure Device
While cooking, if the ame accidentally goes off, theres a chance of gas
leakage. But not with Bosch gas hobs, which are equipped with an ingenious
device that automatically shuts off gas supply on detecting no ame.
As safety cannot be optional, the Flame Failure Device comes as a standard
feature with every Bosch gas hob.
Triple Flame Burner
Burners with three layers of vertical ame touch the Indian pots from the
center as well as the surroundings. Specially crafted for Indian use, the burner
design is such that the heat is evenly distributed for browning or roasting,
making all types of Indian dishes turn out just perfect. The burner offers 4kW
power which helps in cooking at the right level of ame. Bosch gas hobs are

Ingredients to look for while choosing a hob.
World-class Design
Our gas hobs are crafted using durable stainless steel and elegant black glass,
both of which complement almost all colours of cabinets. You may choose a
hob that goes well with the colour and material of your cabinets or other
kitchen appliances for a seamless, elegant look. Perfectly built-in into the
kitchen platform.
Optimum Size
Our gas hobs have been designed to perfection keeping Indian kitchens in
mind. Depending on the area of your kitchen platform and the number of
burners needed, you can go for a 60cm hob with 4 burners, or a 70-78cm
hob with 3-5 burners.

Easy Cleaning

Largest Bafe Filter
Bosch hood is equipped with the largest bafe lter. The lter ensures
complete coverage of the burners from the top which results in total elimination
of grease, heat, smell and smoke from your kitchen.
Easy To Clean
The high quality two piece bafe lter is easy to separate and clean. It can be
cleaned either manually under running water, or in a dishwasher, removing
the grease completely.
Real Suction Power
Bosch hoods are ne tuned to generate 800m

low noise levels. Even at its highest power level, low noise performance
ensures comfortable cooking. Designed to suit long cooking sessions and
heavy frying, our hoods offer different motor powers suited for Indian
kitchens of all sizes.
Oil Collector Filter
While frying Papad or Bhajiyas, grease tends to stick in and around the
lters. The grease trapped between the pyramidal shape of the lters melts
into oil and gets collected in the collector which can be easily removed and
cleaned later.
Illumination
Bosch hoods are tted with halogen lights that offer the brightest illumination.
They highlight and give a better overview of the gas hob while cooking.
Flawless German Design

Choose a hood thats good for you.
Hood Types
Hoods come in two types - Wall mounted and Built-under. Wall mounted
hoods can be tted between the cabinets or xed on an open wall, whereas
built-under hoods are hidden under the cabinets with only the front panel
being visible. Bosch offers 60cm and 90cm hoods in both types. They can also
be installed in Ducting or Re-Circulating mode. A re-circulating hood is ideal
for a large or an open kitchen, whereas for a smaller kitchen, duct-based hood
is recommended, considering an optimal length of the duct.
We recommend ducting mode as it gives better performance in removing the
heat and odour.
Perfect Placement
For best performance, hoods should be placed closer to the wall. One can also
choose to t it closer to the window for a seamless installation. Based on the
size of the hob (60cm/75cm), hoods of 60cm/90cm can be placed above it.
Design & Colour
Bosch hoods come in a wide range of designs such as pyramid, slim pyramid,
box and slim box, all available in 60/90cm in stainless steel as well as
elegant glass.
Suction Power
Your chosen hood must have enough power to suck out fumes and cooking
odour from your kitchen, ideally changing the kitchen air at least 10 times
every hour. The essential suction capacity is determined by the Volume of the
kitchen. Kitchen Volume (H x W x D in m) x 10 times (air change per hour)
= recommended suction capacity of the hood.
Noise Level
While selecting a hood, always check the noise levels. Bosch hoods are high
on efciency, and extremely low on noise levels, making cooking a truly
de-stressing experience.

Easy Cleaning
Bosch ovens have been designed with a removable door which can be easily
taken out for convenient cleaning after usage.
3D Hot Air
The amazing 3D Hot Air heating mode provides two levels with equal amount
of heat from all sides. Thus giving you results as perfect as possible. This feature
is ideal for baking Mawa Cake, Cookies and Roasted Baingan, using two levels
at the same time.
Cool Door
Unlike other ovens, the outer glass door of Bosch ovens remains cool even
while baking at high temperatures. This gives added safety since the door can
be touched from outside while the oven is operational. The triple glass door
ensures the door surface temperature is kept as low as possible.
Features
Top & Bottom Heating
Bosch ovens let you choose from many baking modes, grilling functions,
top and bottom heating options, which give you the exibility to cook different
types of recipes. They can give you crisper Cookies and Biscuits as well as
soft, uffy Cakes. With a little pre-heating you can even make sure your rich
Fruit-Cake does not peak in the center.
Hot Air Grilling
This works as brilliantly as the other features, using just one tray. This
cooking system is best suited for dishes such as Roasted Chicken and Paneer
Tikka which helps in giving a crisp roast to your recipes.
Large Area Grill
Producing heat from the top, the three stage variable grill gives you precise
temperature control for a full width grill. Its specially designed to cook Paneer

Cooking Needs
If you like to bake, roast and grill often, you should opt for a Bosch oven.
These ovens offer unique heat circulation that spreads throughout the oven,
and surrounds the food completely. Our ovens come with a variety of heating
modes that let you defrost and slow cook besides making Pizzas.
3D Hot Air works like a dream while baking Cakes, Pizzas, Biscuits, Mawa
Cakes and fuffy Pastries, using two levels at the same time. Hot Air Grilling is
best suited for grilling sh, chicken and larger pieces of meat. Top & Bottom
Heating is ideal for baking, roasting or grilling using a single level, perfect for
Cakes and Pizzas (in tins or on the baking tray), and also small portions of
meat. Larger grill can be used to grill large quantities of meat and sh, or even
to toast Bread. In this mode, the whole area below the grill heating element
becomes hot, whereas the bottom heating mode is meant for baking and
browning dishes at the bottom. In this mode, the heat is emitted from below.
Adequate Capacity
Choose an oven based on how much you cook and how often. If you are a family
of 4 individuals planning to use an oven for reheating, baking or making Pizzas,
you can opt for an oven with enough capacity. Bosch ovens offer capacity of
