NOTICE:

Expressed hereby under *Claim of Right:

WHEREAS I am the living man John-Robert of the House of Smith, and I have come to
understand that in the name of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, hereinafter HMTQ,
her Canada government and its subordinate provincial and territorial governments and agents,
hereinafter CGPTA, with apparent reckless abandon and lack of due consideration, whether
with deliberation or not, I am unable to yet determine (which if not, is not just or lawful excuse), have
failed absolutely to protect my natural rights and any human rights that I may claim and have
caused or enabled serious and significant and repeated abuses of these natural rights and human
rights while I have been living on and within the geographical land mass commonly known as
the country of Canada; and

WHEREAS CGPTA has failed:

a) to assume their obligations and duties under domestic and international law to respect,
to protect and to enable fulfilment of my natural rights and any **human rights at all
times according to my will; and

b) to assume their obligations to refrain from interfering with and from curtailing
my enjoyment of my natural rights and any human rights at all times according to my
will; and

c) to assume their obligations to protect me against abuses of my natural rights and
against human rights abuses at all times; and

d) to assume their obligations to take positive action to facilitate my enjoyment of my
natural rights and any basic human rights at all times according to my will;
(**see Schedule B, entitled, Summary of Rights, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its
entirety.)

WHEREAS CGPTA has not provided me with any meaningful education or with any disclosure
of any information or suggestions as to where or how I might attain any education regarding:

a) the rights and or obligations, if any, associated with any of my natural rights or any
of my claimed human rights or legal rights; and

b) the manner by which I may distinguish the rights or obligations or advantages or
disadvantages, if any, associated with exercising any or all of my natural rights or any
of my claimed human rights or legal rights; and

WHEREAS CGPTA has consistently acted in such a manner as to convict themselves of being
as equally ignorant of their obligations respecting my natural rights, or any of my claimed human
rights or legal rights as I may also have appeared to be previous to this date; and

a) upon investigation and analysis of the laws related to these issues, it may be concluded
that CGPTA has been manipulated and duped by domestic and international banking
and monetary interests working with and through their respective legal representatives
(lawyers), hereinafter collectively, Bankers, to cause or enable the fabrication of
various domestic rules, regulations, statutes and other unreasonably complicated legal
acts, that ambiguously reveal my right to exercise my natural rights and any human
rights and any legal rights, yet cleverly secret the various means by which they rely
upon me to unwittingly abrogate many of my own rights, without providing me any
disclosure of this and obviously without my actual consent, such that even when those
legal provisions are administered by CGPTA in good faith as their makers intended,
they do directly and indirectly serve to abrogate many of my rights to the sole benefit
and unjust enrichment of those Bankers; and

b) those Bankers have consistently acted in such a manner as to convict themselves of
relying upon both CGPTAs and my lack of awareness regarding our respective rights
and obligations associated with all or any of my rights, thus enabling those Bankers
and or CGPTA to act with application of various means of trickery and deceit and by

the crafty manipulations of the legal rules respecting Color of Law, and altogether with
willful non-disclosure, re-purposed to unlawfully deprive me of human rights, and
to fraudulently convert for their thievery, the value and enjoyment of my private
productivity and other substantive private property, plus the entire value and
enjoyment of my Patrimony, to their sole benefit and unjust enrichment; and
(**see Schedule B1, entitled, Natural Rights & Natural Laws, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference in its entirety.)

c) CGPTA has, whether unwittingly or not, administered these [Bankers] legal
systems within the appearance of proper legislative authority, and in so doing they
have provided means by which their legal rules and procedures can be found to enable
both an appropriation and an instruction for an appropriation to be made by an
individual to offset authorized expenses, essential living costs, and other
***Entitlements including but not limited to payments for Patrimony, yet they have
secreted these rules and procedures with a deliberation intended to deprive everyone
but a select and preferred elite class of a few individuals from having any actual access
to utilize them; and

reference in its entirety.)

WHEREAS at all times to the date hereof and while living on and within the geographical land
mass commonly known as the country of Canada, I have neither enjoyed any benefit whatsoever
of my ****Patrimony [my heritage] nor authorized either directly or indirectly any party to make
any dispensation of my Patrimony, nor have I received any compensation or promise of any
compensation or any security interest for any portion of my Patrimony, which is an abuse of my
human rights; and
(****see Schedule A - Appendix E, entitled General Assembly resolution 1803 (XVII) of 14 December
1962, Permanent sovereignty over natural resources, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its
entirety; and see Schedule A - Appendix F, entitled T-Patrimony, also attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference in its entirety.)

WHEREAS at all times to the date hereof and while living on and within the geographical land
mass commonly known as the country of Canada, and while completely against my will and
without my informed and voluntary consent, I have been de facto deemed by some means of
alleged default to have always exercised my right to be recognized everywhere [and therefore
treated] as a juridical person before the law, whereby the said person enjoined with me as its
unwitting surety, such that I have by this means of their deceit, been deemed by the laws crafted
by those Bankers and administered by CGPTA, to be an artificial entity without natural rights or
human rights, but merely with certain limited legal rights, which by their application, have
served to strip and deprive me of every natural right and every human right, inclusive of
depriving me of the entire value of my private productivity which is my means of sustenance and
livelihood and which is an abuse of my claimed human rights; and

WHEREAS for further example, while CGPTA has de facto deemed it proper to recognize and
treat me as a juridical person before the law, they have concurrently denied me any protection
under the Common Law of HMTQs Commonwealth, inclusive of denying my right to
possession of property under claim of right, and denying my right to protection under the

Monarchys system of Crown Land Grants, which is also an abuse of my claimed human rights;
and

WHEREAS I make this my notice of my demands based on the *****fundamental principles
of law (Maxims in Law) that are the foundation for the inalienable Human Rights and
Freedoms that are under constant attack at all times everywhere in Canada. In law, such a
principle is defined as: A fundamental, well-settled Rule of Law. A basic truth or undisputed
legal doctrine; a given legal proposition that is clear and does not need to be proved. These
fundamental principles of law provide the foundation for the development of all other laws and
regulations by governments and men everywhere, starting with the knowledge that it is
irrefutable that a right is not a compulsion; and

incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.)

DEMANDS:
Expressed hereby under Claim of Right:

NOW THEREFORE this instrument shall serve as full and sufficient notice of the following
demands made in good faith to CGPTA:

Demand 1.) That CGPTA shall immediately and permanently cease and desist from
pretending to have authority to deny me any of my rights and to compel me to exercise any of
my rights, and from acting on their legal pretence of authority to deny me any of my rights or to
compel me to exercise any of my rights including but not limited to my right to recognition
everywhere as a [juridical] person before the law, against my free will and without my informed
and voluntary consent; and

Demand 2.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge my natural and human right at all times
hereafter to waive and to not exercise my ******right to recognition everywhere as a [juridical]
person before the law, according to my inherent free will, and instead that CGPTA shall
hereafter recognize and acknowledge my natural and human right to invoke my right to be
recognized and treated everywhere as a competent man of capacity born of my Gods creation [a
living human being] with fundamental natural [intrinsic] rights and with optional human and
legal rights; and
(******see Article 6, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and ******Article 16, International
Covenant Civil and Political Rights)

Demand 3.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge the distinction together with the
distinctly different rights and obligations associated with:

i) my Creator given fundamental natural rights, being those actual rights and freedoms
that are intrinsic to my being and inalienable, and that I was born with and enjoy by the
fact of being alive, and that are neither created nor can be abrogated in whole or in part
by any government or by any other individual, and that attain to me with no contingent
or actual obligation save and except my duty to do no harm to anyone and to respect
the right of all men everywhere and at all times to enjoy those rights equally; and

ii) any human rights, being those optional rights that are of somewhat similar appearance
to and benefit as my natural rights are, but which are artificial inasmuch as they have
been fabricated and defined by governments and men, and which attain to me and to
others certain obligations and other limiting characteristics de facto associated with
and negatively affecting my natural rights; and

iii) any legal rights, being those optional artificial rights fabricated by the CGPTA fiction
legal system that are inherently associated with all commercial activity and legal
contract law, and which CGPTA and its Bankers and their lawyers diligently attempt to
administer as if those legal fiction rights were the only rights available to anyone living
on or within the geographical land mass commonly known as the country of Canada, to
the exclusion by their fraudulent denial of everyones right and ability to exercise all
or any of their natural rights or all or any of their optional human rights; and

Demand 4.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and
without hindrance exercise all of my Creator given natural rights and freedoms that are intrinsic
to my being and inalienable, that I was born with and that I enjoy by the fact of being alive, and
that are neither created by men nor governments, nor can they be abrogated by any government
or by any other individual without my informed and voluntary consent; and

Demand 5.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and
without hindrance exercise all of my *+*liberty in the form of all of my Creator given
fundamental natural rights and freedoms, some of which are recognized in the UDHR, and
some of which are recognized in the IBHR, and some of which are recognized in various other
domestic and international instruments, declarations, charters, treaties, covenants, bills or other
legal acts of governments and men; and
(*+*see Schedule A - Appendix C, entitled P- Definition of Liberty: attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference in its entirety.)

Demand 5.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me to freely and without
hindrance exercise all of my natural and claimed human right at all times hereafter to waive and
to not exercise my right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law **+**Article
6, UDHR, and **+**Article 16, ICCPR, and instead invoke my right to be recognized and
treated everywhere as a competent man of capacity born of my Gods creation (a living human
being); and
(**+**see Schedule A - Appendix D, entitled SC-8 What Manner of Person: attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.)

Demand 7.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me to freely and without
hindrance exercise all of my natural and claimed human right at all times hereafter to waive and
to not exercise any legal rights or any human rights that would in any way abrogate in whole or
in part, any of my Creator given fundamental natural rights and freedoms or any claimed human
rights, and I further claim my right to be excluded from any possibility of being legally
manipulated (whether by tacit consent or by de facto default, or by any other legal means) into exercising any
legal rights or any human rights that would in any way abrogate in whole or in part, any of my
Creator given fundamental natural rights and freedoms or any of my claimed human rights,
without my informed and voluntary consent; and

Demand 8.) Excepting as otherwise expressly provided for herein, that CGPTA recognize and
acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and without hindrance exercise all of my

natural and claimed human right to exercise any legal rights and any human rights inclusive but
not limited to those rights set forth in the UDHR, the ICCPR, the IBHR, the CAC, the CBR, the
CCRF, the ICSEPR, and in the maxims of the common law as held in the Commonwealth
nations, and in the Claim of Right Act, and in the Coronation Oath, and in the ancient charters
and statutes confirming the liberties of the Commonwealth subjects, that by so exercising, would
not in any way abrogate in whole or in part, any of my Creator given fundamental natural rights
and freedoms, or any of my claimed human rights; and

Demand 9.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and
without hindrance exercise all of my natural right to the gifts and to the blessings of my Creator,
as He has bequeathed to me a shared dominion over the earth and all things of it, which is my
inheritance and my birthright, given to me by my Creator who is God, according to His free will;
and (see KJV Bible Genesis 1:26)

Demand 10.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and
without hindrance exercise all of my natural and claimed human right to my ***+**Patrimony,
being my lawful and legal Entitlement to the free and unfettered possession of an identifiable
and quantifiable share of the natural wealth and resources of the geographical land mass
commonly known as the country of Canada, or in the alternative, to receive in a timely and
satisfactory manner adequate and appropriate compensation for such a share of the natural
wealth and resources of the geographical land mass commonly known as the country of Canada;
and

1962, Permanent sovereignty over natural resources, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its

Demand 11.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and
without hindrance exercise my natural and Common Law right to the full protection of all of my
rights according to my will under the Common Law of HMTQs Commonwealth, inclusive of
enjoying my right to free and unfettered absolute possession of property under claim of right, and
that CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at all times to freely and without
hindrance exercise my right to protection under the Monarchys system of Crown Land Grants
specifically associated with that property now in my possession and located at -street address
here- and recorded under *Crown Grant number -number here-, dated, -date here-, and
subsisting forever to me as the now living and lawful heir and successor with absolute possession
and dominion over all physical, equitable, legal and beneficial interests associated therewith; and

Demand 12.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me to freely and without
hindrance exercise all of my natural and claimed human right to freedom and liberty from
servitude and slavery at all times while living on and within the geographical land mass
commonly known as the country of Canada or elsewhere from time to time as the case may be,
inasmuch as I do not consent to be recognized as, or treated as, or to be legally enjoined with, or
to be any form of surety for the Canada (or Canada province) created legal person with a name-title
similar to my own name-calling, whether or not that person is a fiction, artificial, juridical or
other form of legal person or legal entity; and

a) in furtherance thereof, that CGPTA shall herewith recognize and acknowledge and
accept their respective obligations to guarantee and indemnify me and save me
harmless of any financial, monetary or commercial debts, obligations, fees, costs,

charges, fealty, securities or undertakings or legal obligations of any kind associated
directly or indirectly with the said Canada (or Canada province) created legal person;

b) and in furtherance thereof, that CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me at
all times to freely and without hindrance exercise my right to refuse any legal joinder
with the legal entity/artificial person, as I am not the creator nor the originator of that
entity, and it cannot be inferred or implied that I have accepted legal joinder with the
person through any act or omission of any act on my part, without my informed and
voluntary consent; and

c) and in furtherance thereof, that CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me to
freely and without hindrance exercise all of my right to hereby immediately and
permanently rescind, cancel, withdraw and terminate for cause stated hereinabove, any
existing actual and implied legal authorizations, contracts, agreements, and other
obligations of any kind associated directly or indirectly with the said Canada (or Canada
province) created legal person, whether made written, or oral, or otherwise, and whether
made by anyone, by or on behalf of the Canada (or Canada province) created +*legal
person with a name-title similar to my own name-calling, or whether made unwittingly
by my prior actions or by omissions of actions by me, or by my signature(s) on its
behalf; and
(+*see Schedule A - Appendix D, entitled SC-8 What Manner of Person: attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference in its entirety.)

Demand 13.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me to freely and without
hindrance exercise all of my natural and claimed human right at all times while living on and
within the geographical land mass commonly known as the country of Canada, to have the
governments of the provinces and territories of Canada and the Canada government and their
respective subordinate agents as the case may be:

a) to assume their obligations and duties under international law to respect, to protect and
to enable fulfilment of my natural rights and any human rights at all times according to
my will; and

b) to assume their obligations to refrain from interfering with or curtailing my enjoyment
of my natural rights and any human rights at all times according to my will; and

c) to assume their obligations to protect me against abuses of my natural rights and
against human rights abuses; and

d) to assume their obligations to take positive action to facilitate my enjoyment of my
natural rights and any basic human rights at all times according to my will; and

Demand 14.) That CGPTA recognize and acknowledge and enable me to freely and without
hindrance exercise all of my claimed human right at all times while living on and within the
geographical land mass commonly known as the country of Canada or elsewhere from time to
time as the case may be, to report offences against any human rights directly to the Office of the
High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), and to make demand directly to OHCHR:

a) for expertise and support from the different human rights monitoring mechanisms
within the United Nations system; and

b) for expertise and support from the different United Nations Charter-based bodies,
including the Human Rights Council, and other bodies created under the international

human rights treaties and made up of independent experts mandated to monitor
member State parties' compliance with their treaty obligations; and

c) for protection of any claimed human rights at all times according to my will, and for
enforcement of the member States obligations related to any human rights at all times;
and

KNOW THIS: This instrument requires postal delivery of a written response from each of the
above named Recipients to be made and delivered to me within sixty (60) calendar days of the
date hereof, either to confirm their agreement in relation to the substance of all of the demands
made in this instrument, or to provide evidence demonstrating just cause for their disagreement
in relation to the substance of all or any of the demands made in this instrument; and

As men and women we are all equal before the law, and one presumes this to mean we are all
equal after application of the law and legal systems as well. Therefore I respect that it is your
free will right to choose not to respond by writing or by any manner to this instrument; and

YOU ARE WARNED that if you choose not to respond by writing, or if you choose to respond
by any other manner, or if you provide or deliver any manner of materially non-responsive
response, or if you respond after expiry of the allotted sixty day response period, you will have
freely chosen to acquiesce to my tacit procurement of your agreement with my assumed power
of attorney to act in your stead and at my sole unfettered discretion to cause and to ensure that
you do fulfill and do satisfy each and every of the demands and obligations made of you as set
forth in this instrument; and

THAT neither will delivery to me of a proper response by any Recipient, nor will a lack of a
proper response being delivered to me from any Recipient, have any effect whatsoever on any
other Recipients choice to respond or not to respond hereto as per these instructions; and

If you are named hereinabove as a Recipient, then you must respond in writing to:

AND FURTHER, take notice that true copies of this instrument together with all schedules and
appendices have been delivered in good faith and under separate cover to the United Nations Office of the
High Commissioner for Human Rights; and to the Petitions Team, Office of the High Commissioner for
Human Rights; and to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; and to the Human
Rights Council Branch-Complaint Procedure Unit of the Human Rights Treaties Division of the
OHCHR; and

AND KNOW THIS: That if you have failed to fulfill and to satisfy each or any of the demands
and obligations made of you as set forth in this instrument at any time hereafter, and or if you
take action or cause action to be taken directly or indirectly that serves to prevent me from
exercising my tacit procurement of your agreement to cause you to fulfill and to satisfy each or
any of the demands and obligations made of you as set forth in this instrument at any time
hereafter, then you will have freely chosen to acquiesce to my tacit procurement of your
additional agreement with my assumed power of attorney to act in your stead and at my sole
unfettered discretion to determine for you the facts, the duties, and the appropriate means of
remedy, including but not limited to action at *++* law being commenced against you, without
recourse and without requirement of any further notice of any kind to or from any party; and

THAT neither will proper performance and fulfillment and satisfaction by any Recipient of each
or any of the demands and obligations made of that Recipient, nor will a lack of a proper
performance or non-fulfillment or non-satisfaction by any Recipient of each or any of the
demands and obligations made of that Recipient, have any effect whatsoever on any other
Recipients obligations to perform pursuant to the demands made of them as set forth in this
instrument.
