Universal Declaration of Private Law of :John-Robert :House of Smith;
Expressed hereby under Claim of Right:
Preamble:

Recognizing and agreeing that; All acts of the legislature apparently contrary to natural right
and justice are, in our law and must be in the nature of things, considered as void. The laws of
nature are the laws of God [Yahweh, the Creator], whose authority can be superseded by no power
on earth. A legislature must not obstruct our obedience to Him from whose punishments they
cannot protect us. All human constitutions which contradict His (Gods [Yahweh, the Creators])
laws, we are in conscience bound to disobey. (1772, Robin v. Hardaway, 1 Jefferson 109.); and

Knowing that I am a peaceful man, expanding my reach of discourse in good conscience and
according to my inherent free will to express myself, and in order to maintain my honour and
ensure maximum clarity between myself and all agents of domestic governments and
international governing bodies, concerning my peaceful life as well as my desire to avoid all
conflict, and to live lawfully and peacefully on and within the geographical land mass commonly
known as the country of Canada, and elsewhere from time to time as the case may be; and
Having lawful capacity as a man of adequate age to comprehend the difference between my
Creator given fundamental natural rights and freedoms, being those rights and freedoms that are
intrinsic to my being and are inalienable, and that I was born with and enjoy by the fact of being
alive, and that are neither created nor can be abrogated in whole or in part by any government or
by any other individual, as distinct from those human rights and legal rights as otherwise
defined and fabricated by men, and knowing that it is irrefutable that a right is not a compulsion;
and

Realizing that it is my duty and obligation to freely choose, and to eliminate all ambiguity by
removing any presumption or assumption or potential for confusion, therefore it is my further
duty and obligation to declare and make known by this instrument, my choice as to whether or
not to exercise all or any of the optional human rights or legal rights as defined and set forth in,
but not limited to the following instruments, declarations, charters, treaties, covenants, bills or
other acts of governments and men, which although not directly appended hereto, shall each be
considered incorporated herein by reference in their respective entirety:

1. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which may be located and reviewed at the following internet link:

2. International Covenant Civil and Political Rights, which may be located and reviewed at the following internet

3. International Covenant Social Economic and Cultural Rights, which may be located and reviewed at the
following internet link: http://www2.ohchr.org/english/law/cescr.htm, hereinafter referred to as ICSEPR; and

4. Constitution Act of Canada, which may be located and reviewed at the following internet link:

6. Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which may be located and reviewed at the following internet link:

7. International Bill of Human Rights, which may be located and reviewed at the following internet link:

Having the further capacity to comprehend that legal rights and human rights entail both rights
and obligations, I hold an excellent appreciation for the *United Nations Human Rights
Council, which enjoys a mandate to monitor and enforce the obligations of its member States to
protect and fulfill human rights for everyone, everywhere; and
(*See Appendix A, entitled SC-6.5 - Human Rights Enforcement:, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference in its entirety.)

Knowing also that it is both my duty and my obligation to accept and to cherish with a clear
conscience that inheritance which my Creator [Yahweh, the one true God] has blessed me with,
particularly my free will to express myself together with the naturally inherent knowledge of
what is right and what is wrong behavior between men, I am bound therefore to express my
intention to respect the natural rights and freedoms of all men, to do no harm to any others, and
to respect their choices made and expressed, and to honour my Creator by accepting His most
gracious blessings as my just inheritance with all thanksgiving.

NOW THEREFORE I make this my Declaration under my Claim of Right to establish and
secure my **private law regarding my Creator given fundamental natural rights, my claimed
legal rights and my claimed human rights:
(**see Appendix B, entitled T5- Private Law: attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its
entirety.)

i) I claim my right at all times to exercise all of my Creator given natural rights and
freedoms that are intrinsic to my being and inalienable, that I was born with and that I enjoy by
the fact of being alive, and that are neither created by men nor governments, nor can they be
abrogated by any government or by any other individual without my informed and voluntary
consent; and (see authorized King James Bible, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.)

ii) I claim my ***liberty at all times in the form of all of my Creator given fundamental
natural rights and freedoms, some of which are recognized in the UDHR, and some of which
are recognized in the IBHR, and some of which are recognized in various other domestic and
international instruments, declarations, charters, treaties, covenants, bills or other legal acts of
governments and men; and
(***see Appendix C, entitled P- Definition of Liberty: attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in
its entirety.)

iii) I claim my natural and human right at all times hereafter to waive and to not exercise my
right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law ****Article 6, UDHR, and
****Article 16, ICCPR, and instead invoke my right to be recognized and treated everywhere as
a competent man of capacity born of my Gods creation (a living human being); and
(****see Appendix D, entitled SC-8 What Manner of Person: attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference in its entirety.)

iv) I claim my natural and human right at all times hereafter to waive and to not exercise any
legal rights or any human rights that would in any way abrogate in whole or in part, any of my
Creator given fundamental natural rights and freedoms or any of my remaining claimed human
rights, and I further claim my right to be excluded from any possibility of being legally
manipulated (whether by tacit consent or by de facto default, or by any other legal means) into exercising any
legal rights or any human rights that would in any way abrogate in whole or in part, any of my
Creator given fundamental natural rights and freedoms or any of my remaining claimed human
rights, without my informed and voluntary consent; and

v) Excepting as otherwise expressly provided for herein, I claim my natural right at all times
to exercise any legal rights and any human rights inclusive but not limited to those rights set
forth in the UDHR, the ICCPR, the IBHR, the CAC, the CBR, the CCRF, the ICSEPR, and in
the maxims of the common law as held in the Commonwealth nations, and in the Claim of Right

Act, and in the Coronation Oath, and in the ancient charters and statutes confirming the liberties
of the Commonwealth subjects, that by so exercising, would not in any way abrogate in whole or
in part, any of my Creator given fundamental natural rights and freedoms, or any of my
remaining claimed human rights; and

vi) I claim my natural right at all times to the gifts and to the blessings of my Creator, as He
has bequeathed to me a shared dominion over the earth and all things of it, which is my
inheritance and my birthright, given to me by my Creator who is God, according to His free will;
and (see KJV Bible Genesis 1:26)

vii) I claim my natural and human right at all times to my *****Patrimony, being my lawful
and legal Entitlement to the free and unfettered possession of an identifiable and quantifiable
share of the natural wealth and resources of the geographical land mass commonly known as the
country of Canada, or in the alternative, to receive in a timely and satisfactory manner adequate
and appropriate compensation for such a share of the natural wealth and resources of the
geographical land mass commonly known as the country of Canada; and

sovereignty over natural resources, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its entirety; and see
Appendix F, entitled T-Patrimony, also attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.)

viii) I claim my natural and human right to freedom and liberty from servitude and slavery at
all times while living on and within the geographical land mass commonly known as the country
of Canada or elsewhere from time to time as the case may be, inasmuch as I do not consent to be
recognized as, or treated as, or to be legally enjoined with, or to be any form of surety for the
Canada (or Canada province) created legal person with a name-title similar to my own name-
calling, whether or not that person is a fiction, artificial, juridical or other form of legal person;

a) and in furtherance thereof, I claim my right that the governments of the provinces and
territories of Canada and the Canada government and their respective subordinate
agents as the case may be, shall at all times hereafter unconditionally and irrevocably
guarantee to indemnify me and save me harmless of any financial, monetary or
commercial debts, obligations, fees, costs, charges, fealty, securities or undertakings or
legal obligations of any kind associated directly or indirectly with the said Canada (or
Canada province) created legal person;

a) and in furtherance thereof, I claim the unfettered right to refuse any legal joinder with
the legal entity/artificial person, as I am not the creator or the originator of that entity,
and it cannot be inferred or implied that I have accepted legal joinder with the person
through any act or omission of any act on my part, without my informed and voluntary
consent; and

c) and in furtherance thereof, I claim my right to hereby immediately and permanently
rescind, cancel, withdraw and terminate for cause of fraud and wilful non-disclosure
any existing actual and implied legal authorizations, contracts, agreements, and other
obligations of any kind associated directly or indirectly with the said Canada (or Canada
province) created legal person, whether made written, or oral, or otherwise, and whether
made by anyone, by or on behalf of the Canada (or Canada province) created legal person
with a name-title similar to my own name-calling, or whether made unwittingly by my
prior actions or by omissions of actions by me or by my signature(s) on its behalf; and

ix) I claim my natural and human right at all times while living on and within the
geographical land mass commonly known as the country of Canada, to have the governments of
the provinces and territories of Canada and the Canada government and their respective
subordinate agents as the case may be:

a) to assume their obligations and duties under domestic and international law to respect,
to protect and to enable fulfilment of my natural rights and any claimed human rights
at all times according to my will; and

b) to assume their obligations to refrain from interfering with or from curtailing my
enjoyment of my natural rights and any claimed human rights at all times according to
my will; and

c) to assume their obligations to protect me against abuses of my natural rights and
against human rights abuses; and

d) to assume their obligations to take positive action to facilitate my enjoyment of my
natural rights and any claimed human rights at all times according to my will; and

x) I claim my human right at all times while living on and within the geographical land mass
commonly known as the country of Canada or elsewhere from time to time as the case may be,
to report offences against any of my claimed human rights directly to the Office of the High
Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), and to make demand directly to OHCHR:

a) for expertise and support from the different human rights monitoring mechanisms
within the United Nations system; and

b) for expertise and support from the different United Nations Charter-based bodies,
including the Human Rights Council, and other bodies created under the international
human rights treaties and made up of independent experts mandated to monitor
member State parties' compliance with their treaty obligations; and

c) for protection of my human rights at all times according to my will, and for
enforcement of the member States obligations related to my claimed human rights at
all times; and

xi) Having enjoyed my right to freely express this, my universal declaration of my private
law, I claim my lawful and legal rights to publish this instrument by posting true copies of it on
my private property and in appropriate public places and by making registered postal delivery of
true copies of it, to the parties listed below as Recipients, with the legal recognition that the
law of agent and principal applies wherein registered delivery to any of the principals constitutes
legal notice to their respective agents by association, and registered delivery to any of the agents
constitutes legal notice to their respective principals by association, and that such registered
delivery and notice constitutes sufficient and fully satisfied service of all of the parties, express
or implied, without recourse and without requirement of further notice of any kind to or from any
party:

xii) KNOW THIS: This instrument does not require a response, however each of the foregoing
Recipients may choose to respond in writing within sixty (60) days of their receipt of their copy of this
instrument, either to confirm their agreement in relation to the substance of all of the declarations made in
this instrument, or to provide evidence demonstrating just cause for their disagreement in relation to the
substance of all or any of the declarations made in this instrument; and

a) if a Recipient chooses not to respond by writing within the allotted time, or chooses to respond
by any other means, or chooses to deliver a materially non-responsive response, then that
action shall be taken as, and legally deemed to be, that Recipients free will choice to have
expressed its agreement with the substance of all of the declarations made in this instrument,
and that action shall also be taken to be that Recipients agreement and undertaking to do all
things or cause all things to be done insofar as the Recipient reasonably can do, to ensure that I
am enabled to freely enjoy all of my rights as set forth hereinabove, and according to my free
will; and

b) neither will delivery to me of a proper response by any Recipient, nor will a lack of a proper
response being delivered to me from any Recipient, have any effect whatsoever on any other
Recipients choice to respond or not to respond hereto as per these instructions; and
