For the purpose of this Agreement Agrosoft A/S,

represented by business development manager Aurelija
Telsinskaite, will henceforth be identified only as the
Supplier governed by the terms and conditions of Statute
IM Porco Bello SRL represented by Juvinel Baez
Luis Maria will henceforth be identified only as the
Purchaser governed by the terms and conditions of Statute,
have concluded the present contract as follows:

Seller assumes obligation to transfer, while the Purchaser
assumes obligation to accept and pay for computer
program WinPig for pig accounting, hereinafter referred to
as the Program.

2. The Terms and Conditions of Payment

and the AgroSoft Agreement terminates by missing
payment of the License Fee. The Agreement can not be
terminated in the middle of a period.

of the invoice.

2.5. The license fee is reviewed annually and, when

appropriate, adjusted to correspond with changes to the

3.

3. Term of Validity of the Agreement

4. Termination of the contract between the Purchaser
and the Supplier
4.1. The contract will be terminated when there is a
default against the license invoice issued by the Supplier.
5.This contract together with the General Terms of
Sales and Delivery and the Licence Agreement for
AgroSoft A/S Software describes the modules and
services which are included in the AgroSoft

6. OTHER CONDITIONS
6.1. Present contract and also all documents concerning it,
sended by fax, have the validity.
6.2. All changes and additions to the present agreement
should be made in writing and signed by persons
authorized for this.
6.3. Concerning all the rest that is stipulated by the present
agreement, norms of legislation of Denmark will be
applied
