After you log in, it is MANDATORY to setup your personal information. Click Personal Information on the left-hand side, then click the Setup tab directly.
1) Going on a vacation? If you plan on taking a vacation, select Yes. Although it is not mandatory to work 24/7/365, please try to accept as many cases as possible, especially during our peak period from August to February. Working during these peak periods will positively contribute to your overall evaluation by the Managing Editor (ME).
2) Accept 24-hour cases? Here you can choose whether or not you want to accept urgent (24-hour) editing cases (which pay an additional 15% more) by selecting either Yes or No. Once you decide to take urgent cases, you must check your account at least three times a day (especially in the mornings).
3) Daylight-saving time? You will need to check this regularly as we switch from daylight savings time to normal standard time. You can switch your time one hour earlier by selecting Yes. If you click No the system assumes you are on standard time. Also select the time zone for your location. The Top Admit system will automatically remember the time zone you are in.

Low Score Investigation
This also appears below the Quality Check List that appears on the left hand side below Job List When clients rate your edited work at score of 1 or 2, our customer service will directly contact them, determine the real situation and transfer the case to the ME. The ME will then evaluate the complaint using the customer survey and by reading your edited work. The ME will ultimately decide if the low score is merited or not.
