Moderate aortic atherosclerosis with calcifications and focal dissection involving the abdominal aorta II.
Gastrointestinal system: a. Cirrhosis of liver with massive macrovesicular steatosis (100%). b. Massive
serous ascites (5000 ml) c. Chronic pancreatitis d. Esophageal teleangiectasia. e. Small and large bowel with
diffuse edema, focal ischemic changes and mucosal hemorrhage III. Genitourinary: a. Focal nephrosclerosis
and arteriolosclerosis.
