Mt. Juliet Youth Football and Cheerleading hosted the TYFA State Championship for the second year
in a row at the sports fields at Charlie Daniels Park. Mt. Juliet hosted Old Hickory, Bordeaux, Franklin,
Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Madison, Hendersonville, Grassland, Brentwood, Shelbyville,

MJHS Baseball Training Camp


will be held Friday, December 4, at Mt. Juliet High School and
the indoor baseball hitting facility. The camp will be run by
Coach Mark Purvis, assistant coaches, varsity players and
college players (former MJHS players). Camp will cover all
fundamentals: pitching, hitting, defense, base running and
game situations. Dinner will be provided. Concessions will
also be open if campers would like to purchase snacks. What
